This is the worst service I have ever received from a little Caesars. Waited 25 minutes to get a custom pizza done which was well done only after receiving pizza. It was the whitest pizza I’ve ever seen in my life I had to wait another 25 minutes to get my order redone, once I received the pizza, it was the worst and the first one terrible service. No communication between the people working need to train your guys properly to receive a simple order and get the task done terrible terrible terrible

I ordered ahead at 830 on the app. It's 855 and I still had to wait 15 min for my 2 stuffed crusts. Horrible customer service edit. It is now 9:12 and they still haven't finished it

This place has absolutely gone down the DRAIN. Might aswell close it and sell this location for a dominoes. The manager lizeth told me it would be 10 min and then 5 min later said it be about 20min like she forgot who I was. I told her i wanted a refund and she just walked away like she didnt hear me plus the smell made me not want it anymore.This place must have horrible plumbing or No ventilation because it smelled like a 24hr gym. Their was a nice young lady who worked their i think it was sophia im not sure but it started with an S she was very friendly and had great Customer service. I was sad to hear she is no longer with them, I honestly do not think I will be back. And the girl who gave me my pizza looked like she just ran a mile. God I hope that's not what this smell was. Maybe it's a sign to stop eating cheap food.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION A NEGATIVE ZERO I WOULD.... PICTURE OF FOOD CITY IS SHOWN, HAD FOUR STAR RATING... ETC.. THAT IS WHY I THOUGHT THAT I WAS ORDERING FROM THE STORE I JUST DESCRIBED... I PAID FOR MY ORDER, GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, AND EMAIL, BY THE WAY, AND WHEN I GET TO THE STORE,, THERE'S NO ORDER . SO, IN OTHER WORDS, I PAID FOR AN ORDER THAT, I AM BEING TOLD MY AN APPARENT MANAGERIAL TYPE WOMAN, WHO TOLD ME I WAS STANDING TOO CLOSE TO THE COUNTER END THAT LEADS TO THE BACK AREA(!?)-I TELL HER THAT I HAVE A CONFIRMED ORDER, PAID FOR IT, AND SHE QUICKLY LET'S ME KNOW THAT I AM AT THE WRONG STORE!!!!!!! THE PICTURES OF THEIR STORE IS SHOWN FOR THE OTHER STORE THAT MY ORIGINAL ORDER WAS AT!!! SO I PAID FOR IT AGAIN, BUT THE GIRL AT THE COUNTER WAS , WELL SHE MUST HAVE BEEN TRAINING, OR SOMETHING, BECAUSE SHE ASKED ME WHAT MY NAME WAS FOUR TIMES IN A SPAN OF FIVE MINUTES...?? THE ORDER WASN'T EVEN CORRECT!! WRONG BREAD STICKS - PIZZA HAD BEEN SITTING LONG ENOUGH FOR THE GREASE TO COMPLETELY SOAK THROUGH THE CARDBOARD AND THE DOUGH WAS MADE INCORRECTLY, OR WAS NOT FRESH. (THE YEAST HAD DIED, OBVIOUS TO ANYONE WHO CAN BAKE) THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD, WAS THE BOTTLE OF PEPSI I BOUGHT. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE, SINCE ITS PRETTY OBVIOUS WHAT THEY DID, AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS. ABSOLUTELY REPULSIVE!!! RIPOFF

I have no clue what happened to this particular little caesars location but it reeks of new ownership. The pizza quality is terrible! It has become literal slop even when made from scratch or on slow days. They get orders wrong, they cant fill simple orders like a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks without 10 or up to 25 minute wait times. At a little caesars. This has been consistent for months now its really sad and nuts. Dont go here until they get their act together. I just see people enter and leave angry or with terrible good any time i go, and im a pretty fat guy so i go often. They wont have you food ready, if they do itll be awful/incorrect, and there will be so many people lined up and packed into the store. Just go to a different location. Not worth even the six bucks anymore.

Manager was sick, had on a mask she probably had Covid. She took my order over the phone and got it wrong. I gave her a fifty dollar bill and a one dollar bill, she apparently didn’t have my change of 51 cents. I work hard for my money! I am a business owner myself I always pay exact amounts of money when needed to pay up. A multi million dollar corporation, and their employees are stealing from hard working people. Rude customer service, no receipt of proof of purchase so disappointed in your employees, absolutely unacceptable. Extra change in your cash register all day long, you should be able to afford to fix your receipt machine. The manager tonight should be FIRED!!!

They got my order wrong called my fiancé and I liers, and told us that little ceasers doesn’t sell parmesan wings. Told us we didn’t go to another little ceasers because they don’t sell wings!?!???!!! Then they decided to touch other customers food while touching their faces and rubbing their noses and don’t wash their hands at all. Kept all the pizzas on the countertop and not in the pizza warmers like their supposed too. So if your wondering why ur pizza is cold when you get it from this little ceasers that’s why!! Sorry ppl they can’t do they’re job right!!! They only thing we wanted was a 3 meat pizza and Parmesan wings for crying out loud it wasn’t even a huge order!!! Terrible customer service! I’m already calling health department That’s it I’m done with this state, never had so many issues anywhere else but this state

Got there before there 10 pm closing time waited up front a little bit then was told was closed they had put everything up and we're closed no sign on window indicating they would be closing early or anything and was told because it was ten by the time someone actually came to front to help me like if you would have been doing your job the required store hours I would have had my order placed before anyways lame n extremely lazy and poor customer service here

I ordered a few different types of pizza doing a walk in so I could make a special request. The lady that helped me was nice. It took longer than expected which was fine I wasn't in a hurry. However l, when I got home my order was incorrect. I ordered my father's pizza supreme pizza with light sauce and no pepperoni. They had regular amount of sauce with pepperoni on it. Now I have to call them because it's wrong. I spoke with the assistant manager, who was rude and I asked to speak with the manager I was told he was busy too busy for me. As she asked what my order was and I had to repeat myself several times, and I also tried to just give her my order number to make it easier she got ruder and ruder. Her and the employees were talking and laughing at the fact they messed up. She told me to come back and get a new pizza However with her being rude and not taking it seriously bc she also told me to bring her back the other pizza that they messed up, I explained I couldn't come right back I needed to head to work. Now I understand we are all human and make mistakes, also kindness goes a long way, but instead of kindness I got rudeness and was basically called a liar. I do not recommend this place at all especially where managers are rude for their mistakes. What was supposed to make my evening faster and easier for my family and me turned into an epic fail for the night. Next time I'll just go to McDonald's where they are atleast curious if they mess up your order. Some people aren't Karen's some people just expected the order to be correct when they are spending good money with the company.
