We arrived a little early. Food was ready exactly on time. We asked if they could change one of the flavors or wings and because we got there a few minutes early they were able to. Food and service was great.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST READ THE REVIEWS.I would rate 0 stars if I could. We ordered 3 family sized pizzas and salad for after a meeting at my work. The order was placed at 3:38pm to be delivered at 7:45pm. At about 8:15 I called to inquire about our $250 order since it hadn't been delivered and was told by the employee that it wasn't their fault because the ticket printed late?? And that they were just making the salads and it would be delivered soon. Okay..no biggie, I understand. When the meeting ended at 8:45 (it ran late) the food still had not been delivered. My boss tried calling about 5 times as well as myself but no one answered the phone. At about 9:30 we sent someone to the store to see what was going on and she was met with the employee bringing our order out to be delivered. We FINALLY got the COLD food back to us at about 9:45. Which was picked up by us and not delivered. Well turns out everyone got sick of waiting and went home. So now we have 3 family sized pizzas with no one to eat them. There was no apology, no offer to make things right. They kept the delivery fee AND the driver tip...which was just under $40. All while purposely ignoring our phone calls and didn't bother to reach out to us about anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetence in a "business" in my life. Waste of time and money. Go somewhere....ANYWHERE ELSE. Trust me.

We ordered food hours and hours before pickup and when we went to pick up we were told that he didn’t get the order till that minute when he looked. We spent over $150.00 on everything and the manager did not offer anything to compensate for their mess up and also told us it would take another 45 minutes to put this order together. The manager didn’t even act like he really cared about the situation! We had no choice but to wait as we had ordered this food for a wedding rehearsal. This is our last time coming to this Mickey Mouse pizzeria and would warn all to go elsewhere as this place is very untrustworthy.

Well, that was sad and disappointing.I remember when this place was a Tucson staple, but the location on 22nd and kolb is terrible :/Went with my husband and friends last night for some dinner. Not a lot of people in there, and we waited an hour and a half for our food. When we got the food, it was 110 percent wrong:/ I ordered a mushroom, basil, and garlic calzone. And a calzone with gobs of mozzarella and ricotta came out? Then the other calzone had no ingredients my friend ordered. Completely bizarre, and not sure how that occurred. I highly suggest whoever owns the chain now, look into this location because it’s bad…

This shouldn't even get a star at all,They basically locked the doors on us and wouldnt answer the phone when we tried to call. I ordered a pizza online and it went through great but what the hellLocking the doors before the customer coming to grab their food?And then basically locking them out and not answering the phone to see why we are not getting our food or why theres nobody there?!Ridiculous never eat here if you basically want zero service.

2 horrible experiences here. Online ordered, and despite us receiving confirmation and seeing the $100 charge on our account, we waited 2 hours until the estimated delivery time, nothing. We called and they said they somehow "hadn't gotten the order". Unbelievable. Last time we ordered here they were unable to complete the delivery and we had to go pick it up, they hadn't even started the order yet. When we got home and opened everything, we realized they had forgotten an entire pizza and a side. Not at all worth it

Called and ordered a pizza. and arrived at the time specified and when I relayed I was there for pick up the man didn't even ask my name and dismissively stated it was in the oven. I said no problem. I waited over 30 minutes and nothing. Also the place was completely empty Another customer who also ordered prior came in about 5min after me and was also waiting with me and she did not get her order as well and left stating she wasn't waiting any longer. After 40 minutes with no updates or apologies I decided to leave as well. This is ridiculous and the owners should be aware of the extremely poor customer service.

Oh my word. Totally memorable evening. Family dine in. Witnessed stuff I could not let go. They ran out of nearly everything. All customers were in disbelief. They sent employees to Frys for more stuff...sauce, dressings, even pizza dough. A new employee quit on the spot. We felt bad and questioned....none of the young employees have been getting paid!!! Some for MONTHS!!! Luckily my family started kicking out $20's and giving to these poor kids that were working so hard for NOTHING. Myself and some other good men confronted the manager who lied about paying then tried to push Blame on the owners etc. THIS CANNOT GO ON! This guy won't learn it's not his fault according to him but the employees need to go elsewhere to not work for free for this BS. They made us a good pizza with what they had I am so proud of them but management and ownership of this location should be put down for knowing and willing incompetence and exploitation of employees.Personally I am not finished with this.The stars are for the kids working so hard.Original owners would be sickened and disappointed.

Third time I call in in the past 3 months and no matter what I order they reply by saying: “just fyi, your order is going to take 1.5 hours”. I understand when this happens every once in a while but this is the third time. I feel that they say this just so you refuse to order and say: “nevermind”. Laziness at its best. I wanted to try gluten free tonight and said they only had it in small. When changing order to a reg LG pepperoni large pizza, he didn't seem too happy to help me at this point. I didn’t feel like calling back to cancel order and felt forced to buy my pizza elsewhere for the night.

I love the pizza but 50% of the time they make my order wrong. Last night ( New years eve) I ordered a pizza via phone .I said 3 times to the employee that answered the phone what I did and didn't want on my pizza.Went to pick it up and now I look before leaving. Wrong toppings once again. He got the manager on duty and u told him it wasn't rightHe apologized and said he would make a new one. Drove home and picked it up AGAIN and told the manager 50% of the time you guys dint get my order right. His reply was well I made it right for you didn't I. So from the time I ordered it to the 2nd time they got the pizza right was almost 2 hrs. Also driving down 2 times. Not looking for free pizza but maybe... a free delivery would have been a good approach.

Welcoming Motherhood

Christmas eve and showed proof of payment and larry THE MANAGER!!!! said theres nothing he could do. It wasnt in his system. He called the company and apparently he didnt get through but instead of telling us. He decided to make everyone else's pizza and and not tell us this. And had has wait for no reason. Wanted us to pay for a pizza we already paid for because he couldnt see it on his end. Because his own had the problem. I have never ever in my life received this much lack for a customer ever. And i have worked in retail for a long time. Do not order online you will not get your pizza you will be expected to buy one again and wait an hour for it to be made. The worst employee ever.

No options for fountains drinks and the ones that did work didn’t have carbonation so tasted horrible asked for ice tea and the kid behind register didn’t know how to brew tea. The gentleman making our pizza wasn’t wearing gloves when making our food. Just not like the other locations will not be coming back.

My recommendation skip this place try something more modern with better customer service.This place has good pizza, I have eaten here for years. But this location is seriously lacking in customer service. I would eat somewhere else if you value service. My experience was terrible, it may have just been a bad day, but i believe the staff at this location just simply does not care. They are here for a paycheck and only that. You mine as well order dominos, pizzahut or marcos with better service.

Terrible service.Go somewhere that cares about the food they prepare and the service they offerI believe service represents the quality of the food, And this place has dropped the ballMamas is great pizza, but I recommended just going to speedway or skipping them all together and going to a place that cares about the customers

Called ahead to get table, arrived around 740pm only one table was seated the entire restaurant was empty. We placed our order it took almost an hour and a half to get our food, 3 to go orders were ordered and left before we got our appetizer fried ravioli, took 1 hour to get to our table. 3 people in the kitchen and 1 on register. Close this place if you can't tend to 1 table.
