I ordered in the drive thru at 9 pm, just one happy meal. There was no one but one car. I picked up the meal left as I was at the stop light my daughter told me they didn't put the nuggets in, I went back to the drive thru and there were 2 cars in front. The one in front of me waited about 10 minutes for part of his food. When I drove up to the window, no eye contact was made, and I said my happy meal was missing the nuggets, he gave me the nuggets still no eye contact and by the time I got it my daughter fell asleep so the meal was thrown out because it tastes bad once it's cold. They are always lacking at night time and it's when it's less busy. These young kids lack common sense. Sorry not sorry.

EXCELLENT food, but the staff certainly could use a course in "CUSTOMER SERVICE" a worker who attempted to take my order was RUDE, I asked for a Manager. She said she was "The Manager". Later I went back to order some more food, and saw & heard the "So-called Manager" telling her co-workers what she did and how "STUPID I WAS" to believe she was the manager, then I did confront the Manager on Duty about what has happened, and I was told that her worker handled the situation properly. I have NEVER BEEN SO BELITTLED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I have notified Corporate about this, because I felt APPALLED at how I was treated, and NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY. SOMETHING I BELIEVE McDonald's IS & SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF!!!

Long unnecessary wait!!! My order was wrong twice!! Manager was rude!! Asked for my receipt twice and was ignored!! When I got home I noticed nuggets missing from the Happy Meal and food was extremely cold!!
Pulled into McDonald's parked and placed a mobile order. Waited approximately 10 mins before my order was brought out. I noticed I was missing fries the Employee acknowledged and went inside and never came back. I went inside a got my fries. When I got home, I realized there were no sauces for the nuggets, napkins, or ketchup for fries. Also, the order was missing two juice boxes with happy meals.McDonald's wifi is weak and doesn't allow for the mobile app to work well in the parking lot.

The three windows confused me, so when the car in front of me moved, I pulled up, then I saw the car behind me getting their food, so I decided to pull up and go in. I felt stupid, but the food was good.

I went there a couple days ago. In the morning time (around 8am) the little girl working in the front had a nasty attitude for no reason. We ordered, everything came back nice, but jeez that girl needs to work away from people since she doesn’t know how to speak nicely or just pretend she likes her job. We just expect the same amount of respect back, we were kind and speaking nicely but she just had a bad attitude. We dined in that morning.
