Excellent store! Friendly, Kind & Courteous employees! Truly a pleasure to patronize and an asset to TUCSON!!!Parking: The only concern is that cars waiting for items from the drive thru turn right in front of the main door to enter the store, just be vigilant and y'all be ok.Wheelchair accessibility: I utilize ADA accommodations and this facility has the most current & ALL I. EXCELLENT & WORKING CONDITION.

I have gone to this McDonalds every Saturday morning for the past 3 months because it is close to my work. And every Saturday, they have had me pull forward to wait for one part or another of my order. This past Saturday was the last straw without me posting a review. Not only did they have to go back and forth for a simple order several times, but I had to wait for over 25mins. Insane! I submitted a complaint on they're website and the district manager called me with an empty promise that he would get to the bottom of it and assured me that it won't happen again. How shallow of him to make such a promise of a problem (systemic) that has been going on for so long and think he can fix it in less than a week. None the less, I'm posting this because I don't think I'm the only one that has to sit in the (we're not ready lane) lane on a regular basis. Good luck, and don't expect much in the way of timeliness.

This store is a world of difference from Grant and First Ave. The staff was friendly, professional, and fast. This is the McDonald's experience I remember.

Place is usually clean, workers are nice. There's a decent chance they got something wrong in your order though, so just check there's nothing missing before you leave.

The french fries were cut up little bits of pieces of garbage. I was the only one in line. It took forever and they forgot my receipt. I could not use my rewards very disappointing. Don’t ever go without your phone and the service stinks.

I used the online order and use the parking spot #. Waited 20 minutes after I gave them the # and went in to see where my food was. It was COLD, the staff was at best apatheticLast time eating at McDonald's. This was the last straw in many, many trips there

Horrible service. Horrible drive thru. Horrible manager named Tony. Sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes while 4 vehicle that came behind me in the other lane went ahead of me while I waited and as they said, "please wait". Morons. Couldn't run a race if their lives depended on it and I didn't say win the race, I said run the race.

WAITING TOO LONG...THEY LOOK AT YOU AND THEY DON'T EVEN ASK ANYTHING...I WAS STANDING FOR LIKE 10 MINUTES...AND THEY DID NOT ATTEND ME...I ASKED THEM AND THEY SAID TO WAIT...AND THEY NEVER ATTENDED ME...VERY BAD ATTENTION TO THE CLIENT...

Good food. The only feedback I have is the staff is unorganized with how to fulfill orders. They don’t have priorities for who’s order should go out first even for small orders. The wait time is unpredictable here. The other day, I heard of a lady returning a hash brown because it was cold, according to her. Then you hear the staff yelling that “all these hash browns are cold. We need to make new ones.” Very unprofessional. I’m more concerned with having orders go out in a timely manner but it seems like priority is given to those in the drive-through. If you come here, use the drive through.
