Jasper the “manager”, was very rude and condescending. Claiming to be the real manager and talking to other employees while we were trying to order. Than was frustrated for getting the order not completed. He is not professional at all. Maybe he was having a bad day, but also maybe he shouldn’t be the person who is taking orders. The people in front of us came to our car to complain about him also. That in itself, says it all.I would highly recommend to avoid this McDonald’s. Drive further to oro Valley for the service and the food.

Been several times and every time something is wrong. Fries regularly not filled enough, not enough salt, Pepsi instead of Coke, etc. Other locations are much better.

Food is consistently stale. The oil tastes bad and the service is hit and miss. Just wanted 14min in the drive through for 2 gross hash browns and 2 semi warm mcgriddles. Thanks fast food!

We were forced to use the kiosk. I asked the person behind the counter if she could wait on us, and she said no. We have no choice but to use the kiosk. I asked again, and she said it's corporate and they want people to use the kiosk. I said I am challenged when trying to use them. She said again I can't wait on you. My wife finally got it figured out after much frustration. And then we couldn't figure out how to pay with cash. So frustrating. We then set down, and after receiving our food, a man walked to the counter, and the same person who said she couldn't wait on us took the man's order. So she lied to us, and she was happy to wait on I'm assuming he's a regular customer. As for me, this is the last time I'm eating at McDonald's. If Chick-fil-A was open on Sunday, I would have never experienced this kind of treatment.

McDonald's is trying to become a automated robot and it's just not what people want. You can't pay cash when ordering at a kiosk. You can't get help at the counter, people walk past you and if you refuse to use the kiosk, then they will do it for you but with smite, anger, and nearly punching the screen like you are bothering them. You can't add certain condiments to items like you have done for years like when ordering with a person. What's even worse the app is always advertising to you and annoying your notifications panel and then you have to use the app to get any deal. McDonald's you have lost your way, you used to be the fastest cheapest meal you can get but you've changed and not for the better. Hope you burn in hell and finally come to a close. Let's band together and Kmart this business.

Nobody seemed to be happy at work seen some of the employees wearing torn pants was slow at getting anything for example order my daughter a Happy Meal and I had to go and ask For HER CHOCOLATE MILK WHICH SHOULD OF BEEN THERE WHEN HER ORDER WAS DONE WE ASKED FOR THE TABLE BASE TO BE CLEANED AND THEN ONLY DID IT HALFWAY THERE AND LEFT THE TABLE WET WITH THE CLEANING SOLUTIONS AND REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO DRY IT SO WAS STUCK WITH THE CLEANING SOLUTIONS ON THE SURFACE ALSO THE FLOOR COULD OF USED A GOOD SWEEPING AND SOMEONE POOP IN THE URINAL AND I TOLD THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD GET TO IT WHO EVEN KNOWS IF IT WAS CLEANED

Today I ordered a 10 piece meal and a quarter pounder meal and was waiting for my food for 20+ minutes. (It's like this everytime I'm here.) Not to mention every now and then they will forget multiple items on the order. (Real time example: The person behind me in line at the drive through got their food, then immediately entered the building. I'm assuming their order was wrong, as I've had to do this multiple times before.) I'm serious about the servers being nice. They're great, and very cordial with me. The guy who gave me the food made sure I got everything, let me know the fries were fresh, and told me to have a blessed night. UPDATE: 20 MINUTES LATER... 2 starsSome of the worst McDonalds I've ever had. The quarter pounder was so bad, (meat was cold, tomatoes had a weird taste, not enough of sauce) the nuggets were some of the worst I've had, (chewy insides, gummy shell, tasted very old) and the fries were just okay. The only thing keeping this from a one star is just that the employees were nice. I seriously couldn't recommend going here. I'd rather drive an extra 10-15 minutes to go to a different McDonald's. Absolute waste of money.
