So I spent about 80$ with my 3 kids and wife… the food was ready within 3 minutes… the food tasted and looked as if it had been sitting there for hours waiting for a customer to order it??? I also saw them use a microwave!!! This place is weird ? They charge you a lot of money for cold food that is reheated? The customer service was horrible! Cashier said I don’t like ramen ?? What a joke and the cook was just rude with ugly looks and nasty language… I definitely don’t recommend this place at all. If I could give them a 0 star I would…How are you gonna serve authentic dishes cold? And reheated as if people won’t notice… horrible experience the paintings and drawings on the walls where nice tho

I don’t know why this place has such good reviews. I went here a couple of months ago and got the black bean noodles and lobster balls, the balls felt super old and made me nauseous and the black bean noodles were nothing like the traditional ones I’ve had before. But since then my partner has been saying he really likes their chicken bowls so I decided to give it another try. I ordered the spicy vegan ramen and added an egg, which was $20 with a tip. They literally served me a giant bowl of spicy broth with a tiny portion of chopped tofu and bean sprouts and a single fish cake piece (which isn’t even vegan but I don’t actually care too much because I’m not) besides the egg I added. On top of that the ramen noodles was literally cheap top ramen you buy for 50 cents at the store. It looked nothing like the photos and had nothing it described having. I really wish I had more backbone to say something and maybe get my money back because that is insane ?

Absolutely the best noodle shop in Tucson. Dan Dan, Beijing Jajangmyeon, and Volcano Soup are actually amazing. Everybody's always raving about Noodleholics, but we this place is 1000X better.

Miansichuan Noodle Shop is a cozy spot in town. It's got a friendly feel, with decorations. When you walk in, it feels welcoming, like a place you'd like to hang out with friends. The menu is about noodles and some appetizers. They have lots of types, like ramen, and Chinese noodle. The noodles here are really good. They're fresh and taste homemade. The soups and sauces are tasty, not too heavy or light, just right. The toppings, like meat and veggies, are fresh and yummy. The people working at Miansichuan are super nice. They help you choose what to eat if you're not sure. You don't have to wait too long for your food, which is great.Miansichuan Noodle Shop is a great place for noodle lovers. It's a simple, friendly spot with delicious food. Good for a quick bite or a meal with friends or family.

"An Unforgettable Culinary Adventure at MIAN Sichuan"From the moment I stepped into MIAN Sichuan, I was captivated by the warm, inviting ambiance that promised an extraordinary dining experience. The menu, a vibrant tapestry of Sichuan flavors, offered an array of dishes that spoke to the heart of Chinese cuisine. My choice for the evening was the Volcano Ramen Noodle Soup, which was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. The broth, rich and deeply flavorful, carried a fiery zest that awakened my palate. Each sip was a dance of spicy and savory notes, perfectly balanced and utterly addictive. The Pan Fried Pork Dumplings, a harmonious blend of crispy exterior and tender, juicy filling, were an impeccable start to the meal. Moving on to the mains, the Chongqing Ramen Noodle Soup stood out with its robust and pungent flavors, a true testament to the authenticity of Sichuan cooking. The noodles were cooked to perfection, offering a delightful texture that complemented the complexity of the broth.A pleasant surprise was the Kimchi side dish, which added a refreshing, spicy kick to the meal. Its crispness and tangy flavor profile offered a delightful contrast to the rich, spicy notes of the main dishes. The Crispy Boneless Chicken Wings, another side, were a revelation in themselves - perfectly fried to achieve a golden, crunchy exterior while retaining a succulent interior.

It's on the delicious side! I didn't expect to feel the taste of mala here. What is a bit disappointing is that I wish it had a beef bone base flavor like in Korea. The taste of the soup was bland because it felt like it was based on water, not broth. Still... I'm satisfied with this amount for this price. But I think the tonkotsu ramen my group ordered was more delicious haha.

Aweful.. fake egg was served. Place shows more interest in selling vaping cigarettes. The place was empty when we went. That should have been a sign.

Found this place and thought it looked good. Was excited to try…But, disappointed with the price to product ratio, $15 bucks for a very tiny bowl of chicken Katsu Ramen, the chicken was clearly re-heated and the broth was very salty. Rajin Ramen gives you a huge bowl of Ramen for like a buck more…and the flavor is better. They also charged 3 bucks for a can of Coke, so for $20 bucks I left fairly bummed. Cute place but way too bright. Won’t be back sorry…check your competition, there’s a lot better spots in town…??Sorry

I really hate leaving bad reviews but the moment we walked in very unwelcoming and pretty sure one of the employees was vaping (they are a vape shop) but just seemed off. I've never been here so I asked what's popular and the response was unenthusiastic about me even asking the questions. I ordered their fried chicken (chicken nuggets) their spring rolls and edamame as appetizers. Then we order the shoyu noodle soup ( waaaay too much soy sauce) then my wife ordered chongqing noodle soup. Hers at best was a 5 out of 10. Then once the food was brought out and doesn't say hey the folks or chopsticks are over there just brings the food and that's it. After we ate what we could because it wasn't that appetizing we told our serving the food was disappointing and he kind of just shook his head and was like okay. It was only us and 1 other family there so wasn't very busy. I'm sorry but the overall experience was terrible would not go back.
