Love the bartenders. Great people. Food is plain and the shrooms etc in the sampler platter could have a better batter. Nacho chili is plain needs to be seasoned more. Otherwise great hang out.

Weird reviews, they may be outdated, some appeared made up. I've been here a few times over the last year & have always had good service from both male & female bartenders. I talked with guests who were cooks/chefs at local restaurants & they agreed that the criticism was so ridiculous that it had to be fabricated. I haven't eaten here yet, beyond a wing or two a friend let me try (which were really good!), but the beers are cold, the price is right, & they do poker tournaments on Tuesday & Friday night along with having an off track betting room in the back. I made my picks for the upcoming UFC as well as made some teaser bets on the Thanksgiving football games. I would have to order a meal here before bumping them up to 5 stars, but I've got no problem giving them a 4 star rating right now.

Appreciated having the football game we wanted to watch be shown on two screens. The Combo Plate was a good mix of potato skins, and fried cheese/mushrooms/zucchini ?
Bartenders are always super friendly. The food is good, and it is just a great neighborhood bar!

This is my type of place to go to. There are plenty of televisions to catch a game and lots of space to move around. I stopped in to grab a quick drink before going to dinner with a friend. I did not get anything to eat, but the place smelled very good. I'll stop by more often.

By far the greatest bar foods served by Tucson's most memorable staff that provides a safe and fun atmosphere for all to enjoy. This is "the spot" to visit for any occasion be it big or small or just to let your hair down for a quick breather. Owned and ran by a Marine vet who can relate to all of us on a personal level and never acts like he is above or better than anyone else. Most will think I am just spit boxing this spot but I challenge all visit Midtown just once and prove me wrong. I can guarantee that it will only take a single visit for any of my fellow Tucsonians to realize that this is the spot to be. To top off your experience while here you can even try your luck and place a prize winning bet on any sport in any way and walk away with much more than you walked in with.
