Absolutely love this place. All I really get is the pho Thai but it is delicious. The service is great and they are very nice. If you’re also looking for good boba this is the place. :) the only complaint I really have is the parking but that’s only because its a little difficult to find and it’s mostly full but otherwise the trip is worth it. Will definitely continue to come here.

I used to come here all the time in my undergrad. The Phở was always a great dish to combat a hangover but also gave me so much strength when I was sick or low energy in general! My other favorite dish was the Miss Saigon Fried Rice. I had never experienced such a blissful combination of flavors! All the different proteins made it so savory and enjoyable. This was the dish that most stood out to me and I cannot wait to visit again next time I'm in the Tucson area!

We love the food here--this place is an institution in Tucson, and it's always fresh and delicious. They haven't done what most have done: reducing portion size. But it's loud and just barely comfortable, so don't be thinking this will be a quiet, relaxing experience. And try to eat at off hours--the wait can be long and uncomfortable. Parking, which is behind the restaurant, can be a challenge. Again, not a big deal at off hours, but 11-1 and 4:30-6:30 it will be jammed. It's within walking distance to the UofA, so lots of students eat here.
Love the pho! Always good. Try the Guava Snow, it's like a little dessert :)

Atmosphere: they had some Asian techno beat playing really loud which was terribly annoying. Told the cashier and she mumbled something to another employee in their language and kept on working.The service used to be better, now not so attentive.The pho is really good and their spring rolls are delicious.This is my go to place for pho in Tucson, but if I returned and encounter the same issues, I will be going someplace else.

I went to the Miss Saigon location on Wednesday morning, February 7th, 2024. It was a busy morning, but I was very disappointed. The food was okay but below average. I wanted to talk to the manager about the understaffing issue. My server, a young guy with glasses and twist tattoo, was working tirelessly despite being visibly tired due to the constant flow of customers. He was running all over the restaurant, single-handedly taking orders, bringing three bowls of soup simultaneously, and even making drinks by himself. What kind of system is this? Where are the other servers? Despite the chaos, this hardworking guy managed to keep things afloat. However, our food took more than 30 minutes to arrive, which significantly detracted from our dining experience. I'm giving it three stars mainly because of the exceptional effort put in by that glasses-wearing server to keep the front house running smoothly. He deserves more recognition for his hard work. Unfortunately, due to the overall experience, I won't be returning.

The food is fresh and great flavor. I haven’t had great Vietnamese food since I was in Vietnam 1yr ago and this food brought me back to the V food that I loved. Servings were large. Produce and herbs were fresh. I wish I lived in Tucson because I would eat here a lot!!!Service was efficient not overly pampering but that works because it is all about the food ❤️
