First time I ordered from this location they gave me NO cheese when I asked for non-dairy cheese so we hadn’t been back for years. Today we placed online oder. My receipt clearly says “Garlic-sliced”, “mushrooms” and “extra mushrooms please” along with other toppings. However I got zero sliced garlic and zero mushrooms! Why did I think it would be different!? Never coming back here again.

Really fun place, great good. The service could have been better, since he had to look at the menu to figure out the ingredients of each item. He was very slow, but did a great job in the end. Will return!

Usually a fantastic experience but lately they have too many online orders or too few employees. We arrived for dinner about 7pm. There was nobody in front of us. 2 ladies working on orders. 1 sweeping and another in back that came out to prepare more crust. Not one of them acknowledged us nor said we'll be right with you. We stood there for at least 10 minutes before one of the ladies finally took our order. She was kind but no apology for the delay and no eye contact from anyone else. The 2 minis and 2 mods we ordered took much much longer than the lighting speed they advertise. Like 30 or 40 minutes long. Again the food was good but the service needs an upgrade especially spending over 60.00 for minimal order. For that price and service sadly a sit down pizza parlor may be in our future instead.

The service is usually very good. This time I felt a little rushed. There wasn't a line, so they didn't need to rush. But, fast food. This was the only time I felt that way, so probably not the norm. I was disappointed the first time I came in when I found out they only have thin crust. Really thin crust. But it was so good, now I'm a regular. They will get 5 stars when they bring back the strawberry shakes. They were the best in town. Another Covid casually I think.

No matter how you ask, no matter how you complain, they are going to put the least amount toppings on every single pizza they make. I don't know if it's just this location, but the medium pepperoni I brought home had 6 pepperonis on it. 6. I can go to Fry's and buy a bag with 200 pepperonis in it for $4, but a $13 pepperoni pizza from Mod can't afford to put more than 6 on a medium pizza? What a joke, not to mention rip-off.
Was there last night with my wife and daughter the gentleman who I think is the owner offered my daughter a mod sticker and dared her to put it on her and he would in return give her a free pizza! So I encouraged her to do so, to have fun! And she was vibing with it. I thank this man from the bottom of my heart just for the fact of acknowledging an 11 year old girl that has been a little disappointed and down on how humans judge and disrespect each other as a race,, at school at work in the streets etc etc .... but right there and then was proof of how good people are still trying to make it a better world by making connections with a complete stranger and bringing out a smile from my beautiful, smart, kind and loving daughter bless you. Your business will have my support as long as I live thank you kind man. Sincerely a hopefully Dad. BY THE WAY WE LOVE THE FOOD AND DRINKS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !

Messed up a 3 cheese pizza order with the spicy marinara and then they remade it and did the same exact thing! My toddler was crying because she couldn’t even eat it. Not sure if they put something else in the regular sauce but it tasted like hot peppers were put on it ?
