Literally the best vanilla bean ice cream I've ever had ever. Ever. This cafe is adorable and the people are so incredibly friendly. It's worth every penny.

Thank you monsoon. My young niece is a artist and I brought the box of candy to Thanksgiving to show her another thing artist can do. It was a Big hit at the party. As I passed them out she would look up the flavor online for the people. Thank you for the beautiful delicious candy.

It was a nice tour. The chocolate was great. I especially liked the truffles. So creamy.

I recently visited Monsoon Chocolate's new location and I was disappointed in the dark chocolate macaroons. They were extremely dry and tasted stale. They are very proud of their chocolate as it is reflected in the prices!!

Our group of 10 enjoyed the tour. The guide was nice, but she showed a presentation on a tablet. I’d suggest hanging a TV on the wall so a large screen is visible to all. It was hard for my friend with vision issues to see. The $20 tour fee we each paid was extremely overpriced for the small size of the facility (not more than 1,000 sq ft) & for the time of the tour. Granted, many of the chocolate pieces are a stunning work of art. However, if you prefer milk chocolate you’re out of luck and will be very disappointed because everything is dark chocolate! It may SAY milk, but it’s all dark. I love supporting fair trade businesses, but the prices are very high. And, the cafe recently relocated so you can no longer stop here for a cafe treat or Mexican hot chocolate. Glad I went because I saw this business featured on Arizona Highways a year or so ago and wanted to check it out. I enjoyed the chocolate covered cashew brittle purchase, but wouldn’t return or really recommend.

Tour was interesting as I knew nothing about chocolate making.

I love the products but very disappointed that they were closed during the hours that their were supposed to be open. This is the second time that I have experienced this and will not be returning.

At the 22nd Street location we took the chocolate tour offered via Eventbrite. We learned about cacao, sustainable sourcing and farming, and the variety of countries the cacao beans for Monsoon Chocolate come from. The staff is small and the care taken with the delicate process of making chocolate plus the art of individually crafting each offering was inspiring! The tour gives you $5 off a purchase in the shop plus a sample and everything was delicious and beautiful. We especially enjoyed dark chocolate mango and the dark chocolate prickly pear creations!

Best place in town to get unique and very tasty chocolate. Great as a gift for someone or for yourself. They have excellent thick hot chocolate, tasty pastries, and the bon bons are top notch.

I urge everyone to go and take the tour! It's very small and personal and very informative. Had a blast! Adam was great! And the chocolate is to die for.

Wow. The chocolate ice cream was to die for. A must have! Very cozy place. Just order and leave. People were very nice and informative. No seating. Parking was okay. But did I say the ice cream was fantastic? It tasted a million times better melted, like a mouse? Delicious!

Some friends and I went on the chocolate tour here at their chocolate factory. They are in the process of adding a second location, so the place didn't look like it normally would. When we entered, we could smell the chocolate. The tour was very interesting and we learned about the entire process, from the farms in other countries, to sorting the various cocoa beans, to roasting them, making them into chocolates, and packaging them. Then we got to try a couple of samples of chocolate bars--one dark chocolate and one milk chocolate. We ended by each of us picking out a small chocolate candy from their wide variety of yummy flavors. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The chocolates are priced out of our budget, but I could see getting some for special occasions or gifts for people. The quality is top-notch!

The staff were great, it's a cute little shop. Huge variety of chocolate. Unfortunately for me, they don't know the exact nutrition information, so they can't tell you exactly how much sugar is in one thing or another, or how many calories it might be, if that's something you look for. If you don't have dietary restrictions, definitely recommend a stop in.

Finally tried some chocolates here. We Did a 4 pack. Beautiful works of art! We had the salted caramel, peaches and cream, salted rose caramel and a purple one (I think prickly pear or hibiscus?). The salted caramel was our fav. The peaches and cream came in second place. They have seasonal items as well (they were making chocolate bunnies for Easter while we were there). Pastries and drinks. They have indoor and outdoor seating. they had a 50% off sale on some of their candy bars. I Definitely Recommend checking this place out

$30.00 for a box of tiny chocolates, and a snotty attitude from the woman behind the counter. They will never get another penny from me. Don't waste your time going there, give your money to some needy person.
