First off, the staff is incredibly friendly and pleasant to talk to.The shop is clean, has a lovely mural and fun clouds with lightning (look up when you walk in)I got an iced latte with oat milk and will definitely be back.Great atmosphere for getting some work done or just reading a book outside by the fountain.

Great place for a quick afternoon snack. All items sold are high grade and even have non- dairy options. Its low lit lighting and clouds suspended by the ceiling will put you at ease. I support this city original place.

Monsoon has the most beautiful and heavenly tasting chocolates. Super friendly staff and a wonderful new space in mid-town Tucson. I spoil my son with a box of bon bons every birthday and opening night performance.Highly recommend the collab chocolates with local Single Malt distillery, Whiskey Del Bac.

This place was great. Stopped over for a quick dessert, and were pleasantly surprised. We got the Coconut Caramel, Cocoa Nib Horchata, and the Chocolate Covered Marshmallow. The Coconut Caramel looks very good, but the inside was very watery, although my mom loved it. The Cocoa Nib Horchata was great, and so was the Chocolate Covered Marshmallow! And there are SO many options! Definitely coming again.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan and gluten-free desserts!

I decided to leave a review but I really don't know what score to put because I don't have any idea with anything is like being as the Two times I come everyone walks away from the counter cos they have something better to do than serve this lady. I guess I'll go over to Coffee Times where I know I'll be treated like a someone. ??

I had the most pleasant experience at Monsoon over this past weekend. My husband and I had been wanting to come by the new location for awhile but finally found the time. I'm so glad we did! The cafe is very large with plenty of indoor and outdoor tables. The gal who helped us Sunday afternoon was absolutely the sweetest and most helpful. She took the time to explain the menu items and made our desserts. The fountain outside was very peaceful while we enjoyed our treats. We will be back for sure

I felt completely surprised about the discovery of Monsoon Chocolate Cafe that offers more in house seating, full menu and even a mini shop. Yes, classic bon bons available here too. It's easily become a top visited place of mine! I love the menu and offerings, the space has a large window 'wall' with an view of the stunning Mount Lemmon. Inside and outside seating available. Parking is a share lot of the plaza, bathrooms are tidy and available to customers, shop offers unique and local goods, plenty of chocolate and fun clouds with some that have 'lightning' (look up) Hope you enjoy!

I've never tried a miso brownie before and omg... it's so yummy. It's rich and chocolaty - next time I would ask to have it warmed up. I also ordered an iced matcha latte w soy milk and it was sooo good I downed it as soon as I got it. Service is friendly, cool and approachable. Not overly enthusiastic like Trader Joe's scale but calmly welcoming. If that makes sense. Such a lovely treat and cute place! Will have to come back again to try the chocolates.

Love love love. I worked at a bean to bar chocolate factory and Raleigh and can appreciate some good chocolate! Monsoon does it right. Drinks are fun and delicious and their cups are so cute. The Madagascar 63% (I think this is correct, ate it already) was to DIE for. Perfect roast and balance of flavors. I have yet to try the bonbons, but they do look delicious. It is quite pricey, but that is to be expected with this quality and scale of production. I don't live in the area but visit often and this is always my #1 stop.

Wanted to love these chocolates! Excitedly picked a box of different flavors and took them home to enjoy with my Husband. We both had the same reaction of disgust. I will eat almost anything, especially chocolate but these were baaad! We both spit them out, tried the others and spit those out too. Can’t believe I paid so much for inedible chocolate. They are MUCH better looking than they taste!

Everything is so amazing here. Some of the best chocolate I've had in the world. I love their ginger truffles the most. I tried their affogato today and it was incredible. Such high quality ingredients, beautiful offerings. I love this place. It's adorable with the puffy clouds on the ceiling. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend.
