Quite honestly, my favorite place to eat and socialize in Tucson! Great food, family atmosphere, well crafted drinks - what else could you ask for.

I can not say enough amazing things about this place. The food is bomb. The staff is super friendly. Whether it's your first time or your 100th time you feel like you're part of the family. This has to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Tucson/

Food was just mediocre and it took almost 30 minutes to receive our order of 1 burrito and 6 mini-chimis. The restaurant only had 2 other tables when we ordered and they had already been served their meals. When we asked the waitress about our order, her response was a rude, “There are other orders in front of yours.” She never came back to check on us and we had to ask another employee for our check because our server was too busy talking with a guy sitting at the bar.

Stopped in here for a late lunch. We were in the mood for tacos and unfortunately this place didn't really hit the spot. I thought the prices were quite high for what you got. I ordered the shrimp tacos and they were just ok and were quite small.

Service was slow and after a long wait to get our food our orders were both incorrect. Our server was good about making the corrections but one of our meals was 10+ minutes behind the other because they had to remake it so my husband ate his while I waited for mine. The food was meh. He thought his shredded beef burrito was ok but my ground beef chimichanga was quite blah. It was plain unseasoned hamburger inside- no salt or pepper or seasoning or onion, just the plain ground beef. Topped with very minimal sour cream, guacamole, lettuce and tomato. I ate about half of it. Got the bill snd no comp for the mess up on our order. I asked the server and she said she could take off 15% but she would have to ask the manager. She came back and said she took off 10%…of one entree $1.60 off of the $55+ total. Wow- that’s hardy a compensation. Mango tamarind Margarita was ok- but it was laced with quite a lot of ground red pepper which was a bit of a surprise, but not as much of a surprise as the price tag. $15- as much as most of their entrees.

Excellent dinner. The bacon wrapped shrimp was out of this world! Try the prickly cactus margarita. The carne asada chimichanga was huge, and delicious.
