I have not been here in a long time and I enjoyed my food. The wings are still normal size unlike other inflated wings, good beer, and service. The place might need a little update on the inside but does not affect the eating experience, and will come back woon.

Waited over 45 minutes for our food and there was only two occupied tables in the restaurant. Once we brought it up to a worker our waitress came out and said our food was ready and if we wanted it to go. No apology or explanation given. We said yes due my family and I being hungry and not wanting to wait at a different location. We then waited another 15 minutes for them to bring our food out and pay the bill. Once my family and I got home we realized one of our meals was not what we ordered. Horrible experience.

My husband and I used to be big fans of Native, but after more than one horrific take out experience, we swore we wouldn't return. Fast forward about 5 years and we move much closer. We have a coupon and decide to give it another shot. We were very happy with our first experience back. We dined in the main dining room and not the bar area since we had our toddler with us. The lighting is not to my taste and the environment feels a bit sterile, but there are plenty of TVs and it was fairly crowded for a Sunday night with no major sports on. I went with the traditional wings with fries and I got the honey bbq sauce. The wings were excellent and I loved the sauce. The ranch was also very good. Fries were decent. My husband got a pound of boneless wings with two sauces. I can't recall which sauces he got, but he said he enjoyed his meal. In terms of service we were greeted pretty soon after walking in and told sit wherever we wanted; we requested a high chair and it was brought immediately. Food seemed to take a little longer than it should have. They have a claw machine and a pac man by the entrance so my daughter and I tried our hand at the claw machine but no luck. Overall, we are glad we gave it another chance. Based on our past experiences and some other reviews, we will strictly stick to dining in.

Our server was Tyne. She has the best personality and was very attentive!!! Our drinks were never empty. She was fantastic in helping me to decide on what to order. I had the Big Kahuna Burger. It was fantastic!!! I am from Nebraska and if I ever get back to Tucson, Native Grill will be my go to place!

Ordered 3 salads through DoorDash and there was a cockroach in my salad.. if there’s one then that means there’s a ton money if it somehow got in my salad. When I called the manager offered to make me new salads.. I don’t want to eat salad that there was probably cockroaches getting mixed in all of it. So gross

My wife and I ordered from them,.. the fries were soggy, the chicken was pink. Just total sadness! Does the head cook not care about people that order food? He or she should find a new job! WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE OR ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
