Dudes and dudettes, you won't believe what I found! I went to this nutrition store and they had the most groovy shakes, man. It was like the heavens opened up and the protein gods were smiling down on me.They had so many different milk and dairy alternatives. Soy, oat, almond...I was like, "Wait, can you milk an almond?" But whatever, it was all good, bro. I felt like I was in a vegan's dream come true.And the add-ins, bro? Forget about it. They had everything you need to make the ultimate gains. Creatine, glutamine, protein powder...it was like they knew I was coming and set up shop just for me.Now, I will say this - I wish they had more info about the macros and what supplements they use. I mean, I'm not a rocket scientist, but I like to know what I'm putting in my body, you know what I mean? But it's all good, bro. I'll just assume that it's all healthy and I'm getting jacked AF.The price was pretty reasonable for the size of the shake you get. It was like a small child, bro. But the mixing could use some work. I found some protein powder at the bottom of my cup. But it's all good, I just stirred it up and chugged it down.

So glad to see you have a location in Tucson. I was in town visiting and the guy who served me was very nice. On top of that the shake was on point & didn't falter from any others I've had at all locations I've visited.

I stop here a few times in the week as it is a quick pick me up and just filling. Every staff member I have encountered with have been pleasant. No complaints on my end ever, and I legit stop here more than twice a week. If you haven't tried the Strawberry Cheesecake, you definitely are missing out!

It was my first time and I ordered a peanut butter/chocolate smoothie with non fat yogurt as the base and it was delicious! The staff was really nice

Owner and staff are all super friendly. Have been coming here for years and will continue to. My go to is either the lucky charms or cappuccino with peanut butter. Always a good meal replacement and/or post workout fuel.
The flavor of the shakes are amazing, but the reason is the high sugar content, even when you buy a low carb shake-it has minimum of 38grams of sugar in it. I was able to read the packaging and was in complete shock to find there's as much sugar in a pb&j smoothie as a can of cola. I'm glad I discovered this, because of my need for health and nutrition, my husband and I will not be coming back. We have worked out for 4 months, EVERYDAY, not aware that our favorite smoothies had an extreme amount of added sugar. Also, their menu says "added vitamins" and when asked about the vitamin content-was told -it's whatever is in the protein powder, nothing extra added. I feel one stop nutrition is fraudulent in their nutrition claims. If your counting macros or watching sugar/carb intake skip this place. It tasted like desert because it is!

I try to make it in every day because these shakes are so goooood!!If it's your first time, definitely go for a chocolate banana meal replacement shake. Great combo and the guys over there know what they're doing. If you ever get a chance to meet Jordan, he's one of the best guys they have. He always makes my shakes in a timely and efficient. He's always just a friendly person all around.They have something for everyone. So definitely check them out. I don't go anywhere else for my shakes.!
