I should have known this would be bad when we arrived at 8:30 PM to find an empty parking. This place used to do good business... The service was pretty good; prompt and considerate. The food was another story. My wife had the coconut shrimp and was sick all night. My sons and I had the filet, ribeye, and sirloin, all of which looked like shriveled shoe leather. Small, poorly prepared steaks. My asparagus looked like it had been prepared during the Korean War and spent the last week on the kitchen floor. Fortunately there was only six or seven pieces (sarcasm noted). This place was empty and it's clear to see why. Shame really, it's always been a nice place. Outback served us once in Afghanistan, which I was extremely grateful for, so it's hard to completely write them off. They undoubtably need a lot of help now though...

Food was great. Did a phone order though and was not clear where to go for it. When finally found the corner to get pickup orders in, no one was there. A manager wandered around kitchen and restaurant trying to find the staff member. Would have preferred manager check me out instead of spending time looking since I was in a hurry.

For a decent price & knowing that this place is from Outback (affiliated, brother, extension etc.) or not sure how it works lol, but the portions of the food is amazing! It is served with such freshness and good quality. I ordered from Ubereats so kudos to her as well for delivering my food carefully.They are generous with side items and main menu’s here! It’s a perfect movie food or even on picnic dates! Thanks y’all! ?☺️

I got the Kingsland Steak and Shrimp Pasta. The pasta was good but the steak was literally raw. I ordered it rare, not still fucking mooing. I don't understand how they managed to get dark grill marks on it without raising the internal temperature by one fucking degree. Server was kinda rude too, but pasta was good.

No extra dressing on one order , no dressing on the other. No extra butter as requested and limp salad and tipped for takeout over 15%. Manager needs to train the team. Additionally no one in the restaurant so no excuse for poor service.

My girlfriend and I went in on a Friday night and just wanted something that I didn't cook after a long week. We placed our order and I made the mistake of ordering rare. The waitress was great, came back with our starters and was overall really attentive. Not 5 min after we ordered our food came out and somehow it was cold like everything was cold. How do you cook something that comes out cold 5 min after being ordered and it's cold. I cut the steak and it was raw. I asked for a remake and again it was raw and cold... The cook stated that rare was supposed to be cold in the center and I let him know by the time it should hit the table it should be cool not cold and asked him to just do medium rare... 1 min later it comes out and like I know when something is microwaved it was the same plate the butter that was on top was melted but it came out rare surprisingly. I just asked the waitress to get boxes and she could tell that we were very uncomfortable she was kind and took my meal off as should have happened to start ... Tldr the waitress still got 25% tip and we will just go eat something at home.

Started off great with the bloomin onion. Once we got our dinner, two dishes came complete but one dish was completely wrong. Once we got the dish corrected, the steak was ordered medium and came back absolutely blue. We asked for a corrected steak and seems as though the cook slapped the same steak on the grill and charred the outside of the steak even more. This time the steak was swimming in a pool of blood and was cooked the absolute same. Will not be back.

So, they do serve dark brown bread with butter, hot and fresh little loaves. We ordered the AHI tuna to start, and it was perfect. Very tender, perfectly seared, the coleslaw underneath was crisp and refreshing. Then we ordered lobster tail and mac, which were a little too salt, but well cooked. The butter dip was great and they had really good spiral cheesy mac. I felt like the prime rib had good texture and flavor although they covered it with too much cheese and bacon and mushrooms to the point it was overwhelming and the bacon was very crunchy. The overall meal was great. We also got blended margaritas that were pretty great. Expect to spend 30-50$ a person including drink and appetizers.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible

Had dinner with 3 friends. We had a 9oz sirloin, sirloin and blooming fried chicken, steak and grilled chicken and meatloaf. Everything was delicious. We all really liked the salad it was fresh. Our server was excellent.

My absolute favorite restaurant to go to mostly because of the service. I make it a POINT to request Carmen as my server every single time I come here! She always gives me personalized recommendations while staying quick and efficient. All with a smile too! Make sure to order the Kingsland pasta too. HIGHLY underrated. I cant wait to come back to see Carmen soon!

Taif was our server and did a great job. he was attentive, friendly, and ensured our orders were correct and accurate. He let us know specials and even items that were available outside the normal menu and checked in with us throughout our dinner. Everything he did was with a warm smile and made us feel valued. Been going to this Outback since it opened many years ago! The quality of the food and service certainly has change over the years. The food we ordered today has been ordered before and .... Todays steak was over cooked, prime rib sandwich's were low in meat and the Au Jus tasted more like French onion soup! Fries were not hot and Alice springs chicken was not up to outback's standard! On top of all that we were there early and it took a long time to get our food then our bill at the end of the meal! The prices have gone up a lot and the quality has gone down a lot!!! Think we will find a new steak place.
