Fried rice was actually undercooked. It was less than al dente crunchy and raw tasting. The chow mein was a good as usual. There was a long wait as the kitchen was backed up and trying to restock the line.
I went through the drive thru and was told to pull around and wait in the front. They forgot about me and I had to get down and go inside to get my food. When I was inside they handed me the wrong food and when I told them it must have been someone else’s food they walked away and were instantly distracted so I was forgotten about again. Well I don't recommend going here when it's busy or maybe it's the dinner shift because I've gone at lunch time and it's been great. But tonight one of My 2 bowls looked like they picked out 5 broccoli and 4 pieces of meat from another dish and threw it in my beef and broccoli bowl instead of making a new batch. My 2 entrée bowl was way short probably to save and get more portions out of a batch so they don't have to make it. Next time I will be checking because I felt so ripped...read full review
