I first tried to call in my order to save time and the phone just rang and rang for 5 minutes. I hung up and drove to the location. I placed an order for soup and three sandwiches to go. My order was called and I picked it up and left. I got to work and realized they didn’t include the soup. When I drove back to the store to get the soup I was told they don’t currently carry the veggie soup. The first employee didn’t bother to mention it and just left it off the order. It’s quite an inconvenience when the employees just choose to omit information about what you ordered. Very disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof I guess you could say.

The Sip Club website states that beverages include iced and hot coffee and teas, but when I asked for the ice coffee, this location was adamant that it is NOT included in the Sip Club. Are all the other Paneras mistaken then?This location also needs to teach their employees politeness.

Don't know if it's all Panera locations but this one won't let you sit down and eat in their dining room if it's after 6pm even if they say they are open till 9pm. Last night there was a group of about 10 people in a meeting room and another table of 6 people that at 6:15 didn't have their food yet but they were allowed to eat their meal in the dining room. Food still good, service pretty slow but if you want a place to sit down and enjoy your meal don't get there after 6pm. This has happened two weeks in a row so apparently this is a new rule at least at this Panera. Guess we will be finding another place to eat. Baggins is in the same shopping center and they don't run you out of there till 7pm when they actually close.

Great breakfast sandwiches, a nice assortment of fresh Pastries, good decaf coffee and cream available. Friendly Staff, quick service. The Pecan Braids are excellent. The Sip Club is handy to have!

I know Paneras are closing down, but so far, it's the only place that has decent broccoli cheddar soup. I was there mid-afternoon and the place had only one person dining in; it was clean and eerily quiet in there. I don't know what it's like during peak hours, but the staff was nice and offered assistance, should I need any. The prices are a bit high (as with a lot of places these days), but the soup was still on point and truly hit the spot.

Dirty plates on about 1/3 of the tables. Ordered on the app...about 17 minutes later I got my cold bagel, frozen butter, and 3/4 filled drink. Other people ordered and after about 15 minutes someone came out to tell them it was ready, they just were needing some plates. About 7 minutes later he comes out again to ask if putting it in togo containers would be okay. I'm sure that food was hot and fresh. One of the worst establishments I've been to. Dobyours3lf a favor and go somewhere else.

Shockingly bad coffee. They managed to make all of their caffeinated coffees (regular, Columbian and hazelnut) weak/watered down and lukewarm. If you like coffee and have Panera's unlimited sip club, I suggest that you avoid this location.

Good is really good but there's just no one that works here that's every in a hurry. There can be one person in line in from of you and it will still take 5+ minutes just to take your order. The people are friendly, but just no sense of urgency, so don't stop in here for a smoothie if you're in a hurry.

There was several homeless people hanging out inside and outside of the restaurant, not even eating. One was laying down in the booth by the drink station, passed out with all his belongings everywhere. The workers were clearly tweaking/unstable and very unprofessional! Cussing up a storm about everyone and everything that they hate. Not the kinds of people I trust to handle my food! I will not be returning to Panera's dirty, ghetto restaurant!
I called to place a order for pickup and the women who answered the phones response was "You do know that means we are not going to make your order right away right? and it will take awhile because we have orders airway?" I told her ok and would it be better for me to walk in and place my order or to call because I am placing a order for a family meal. She got really upset and said " oh you have a family over there! You're gonna order for a whole family!? How many orders do you plan on making because my screen is full of orders and I have people walking in while I'm talking to you". She was so upset and so rude and I just wanted to order one of the pizza family value meals and she made it feel like I was not allowed to. I hung up, I barely said 2 sentences and she sounded very upset to be working her job. I did her the favor I guess.

Waited a long time in a very short line, when waiting for my food I can hear the manager with purpleish hair the whole time cussing, making inappropriate jokes, and over all being very loud and rude. She was yelling at runners the whole time even though there was only two of them here. Would recommend just going to a different Panera if you can.

Not being ver familiar with Oanera, I didn't know menu or how 'pick two" works. NO MENUSto hold. Only neck strain trying to look over a line of people to try and see menu or butt in front to scan a code and get out my reading glasses. Prices for what you get are high for lunch. Sandwich so so and given on white bread! It's a place you expect bread choices. Sandwich was a bit thin on Turkey too. No need to lunch here again. Coffee is good.

Great staff here, but the food is still garbage. Don't fall for the unlimited coffee plan, it's a scam and corporate won't refund your money. The wifi here is horrible.

We have ordered pizza, 10 beans soup bread bowl and salad. We liked pizza very much. Soup was nice, but the outer bread bowl was very hard to eat?. Salads were very nice. Cinnamon rolls were yummy.
