Papa John's prices are going to ruin business. Whoever had the bright idea of "inflation break" should be terminated or demoted because it's a complete farce and does nothing to bring the price down. It's nothing but backwards mess and confuses customers about price. I knew I wasn't saving a dime when I ended up paying $26.00 for.......one large pizza!! ? Like I said, drop the "inflation" gimmick and get back to normal prices people can actually afford. Till then I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I hope others will too. And learn how to cook a pizza well done already.

Food was enjoyable, ordered three times, although the service they use for delivery, is horrible. Been over 1/2 late every time. Called to check in on my order, and “manager” took zero responsibility, blaming the company for hiring a third party for delivery. I ordered all three times online, and gave set delivery times…. It never happened

Honestly, 100% of the time they are super nice and professional. Even delivering they are so amazing! The one time I had a problem they fixed it promptly and gave me a refund of the product. I LOVE papa johns and would order it all the the time if it wasn’t so expensive!!!
Pizza came hot and on time but they gave the wrong dip (Buffalo instead of blue cheese), and dip was expired anyways :(

If I could rate this store lower than 1 star, I would. We placed an order at 7pm for delivery for a large pizza and 6 wings with extra sauces. All was well… until we noticed they switched our orders with another customer. I get it, people mess up, however, not once did I hear an apology from the manager after exchanging a few calls. After ANOTHER hour, ONLY the pizza shows up and it is missing the wings I ordered. Per the store “we can’t redeem the wings for your order.” — what??— oh wait, the new pizza that we got was delivered cold and the crust was burnt. Also, they forgot the extra sauces. I will not be ordered again from this store until they get retrained on how customer service works.

Worst pizza ever, I'm not sure if the workers were high or drunk in there but my pizza had absolutely no marana sauce and was built backwards.... I'm not sure how it happened but when you're spending money on food .... You should at least get what you're paying for
