Waste of money! Go somewhere else. Nothing but noodles and little Meat on the pho Service is meh.

The location is near the theatres which is great for a quick meal after a movie. The service is typically fast and the food is fresh, with large portions. I enjoy dining in but takeout is also an option.

Prior to the new management takeover the food here tasted great. After the new management takeover, the place seems to have lost its touch. Food tastes bland. The sweet and sour sauce has no flavor and the consistency is nowhere near what it's supposed to be. It almost seems like they watered it down. The pho soup is different too. I couldn't eat it without doubling the sauces and toppings to help the flavor.

I have been here 3x for dine in and today was definitely the last day I visit. Every time I dine in, the service is incredibly poor and the servers seem uninterested. The food is incredibly mediocre, if that. The pho is flavorless and I receive a tiny portion of meat. their spring rolls are okay. I kept attempting to give this location a chance since it’s the nearest pho restaurant near me but I am better off making a 20 minute drive to any Miss Saigon. I would NOT recommend this restaurant:

The soup of pho is very plain. It has no pho's flavor. The house rice pho doesn't have much of meats. The veggie to go with pho are just cilantro, bean sprouts, some dried lemon wedges, and hot peppers. Chef needs to add more pho's flavors to the soup.

My husband just happened upon this place. We decided to get the the Mongolian beef, combo appetizer, and pho with beef. We also chose to get Thai tea with boba for our drinks. Everything is so delicious and tastes like it is fresh. They only had one server but he was doing his best to keep up with everyone. Overall great meal and we will definitely come back again.

The staff/ owners were very sweet, and the place was clean and bright. I personally really enjoyed the music playing. The food was good, the servings were huge, and my food came very quickly!

Hi, I brought my dad and grandmother to eat tonight. I ordered the lemongrass's chicken which comes with steamed rice. I asked to substitute the steam rice for fried. Server said it was going to be a $3 up-charge, which I was ok with it. My food came and sure enough they gave me steam rice . I was hungry, my family all had their meals and the fried rice was nowhere in sight. So I politely asked the server to cancel the fried rice order, and she refused. She stood there, looked me straight in the eye and said that I could not take back my order and that I she would not remove it from the bill. I said I was going to leave a bad review and not only did I have to pay for the fried rice that didn't come with my meal on time, I paid for fried rice that was never given to me at all. I will never be coming here again and I will definitely not recommend this place. I hope it was worth the three dollars they "saved"

Good food with large portions. Usually get spring rolls, pho or pad Thai. It certainly has hit the spot when we want those dishes.

This funky hole-in-the-wall is tucked away in the corner of a sprawling mall. Doesn't look like much inside, but the food speaks for itself (the best kind of viet places are like this). Bbq Pork is excellent

Tried this place out because it was the closest pho place to me, hoping to be my go-to spot. Had ordered the pho dac biet and lemon chicken with rice. Service was good. Our waitress would check in on us pretty often. The place seemed clean and decor was fine. There wars a fair amount of customers at the time. Didn't have Vietnamese music playing when we went, which it would've been nice to set the vibe. I think it was a Christian station. When trying out pho, I like to taste the broth first after adding the herbs and veggies and before adding sriracha, hoisin, and fish sauce to get a better sense of the flavor. The pho broth was still pretty light in flavor and aroma, IMO. The lemon chicken and rice was OK. Not much flavor either and not much excitement to my taste buds. I could've gone without this plate.
