This was honestly the worst pizza I have had in as many years I can remember. I had fond memories of Pizza Hut as a kid and thought I would order a pizza as there is a Pizza Hut close to my new home. It was flavorless and dry. Crust was like cardboard. Noticeably the cheapest of ingredients. I feel like the world stepped up its pizza game, but Pizza Hut has not. I will not be eating at any Pizza Hut again, given the many options on the market. It tasted like Costco pizza for twice the price

I don't usually eat here its been years but, the new "melts" looked good so decided to try it.. so happy I did I got the pepperoni melt. I watched them making, when I heard the crunch when cut, saw them brush it with butter & sprinkle parmesan chz.. I knew I was in for something yummy. I wasn't disappointed. It was very nicely thin crust & super crunch with lots of melted cheese, sooo good. I will definitely order again. I got Cinnabon to, a couple middle ones were doughy which I hate.. not even mad still thinking about the pepperoni melt crunchy yummy crust..

Good food as expected. The pan pizza is lacking the pan, more like hand tossed. The boneless wings, no y my choice. It was a price thing. Disappointed as they were dry and not enough flavor. Cinnamon! Amazing. Cheese sticks don't waste your money. Just get the reg sticks, not enough cheese. They were still.yood but not worth the extra money. Delivery was fast and food was hot! Go delivery people. Over all pretty darn good

Pizzas were cold, did not seem fresh. Pizza arrived 15 min sooner than told.Always liked this place. Maybe was a slow time and sell rather than toss was on the mind.

I ordered around $70 worth of food for delivery from their mobile app. 50 minutes after the app said the pizza was out for delivery I called the store. The manager on duty did say that the delivery driver had marked my order as delivered almost an hour ago. I had already checked five time in the last 40 minutes and there was no pizza, no motion on my cameras, etc. He told me the driver described the house and that they left the food on the brick wall by the door. I don’t have a brick wall anywhere in the front of my house. He did offer to remake the food and have it sent back out. For taking care of that issue I would give the manager 5 stars.However, when the delivery person showed up to the correct house, he was very rude and dismissive. When he started to walk away I said “Wow, there is a nice guy.” Which he replied back “I was getting the food for free". Nope, I paid over $70 for this food.I called to complain about the driver to the manager and was left on hold for 21 minutes. I assumed that they realized I wasn’t going to hang up so the manager picked up the phone. I thanked him for correcting the issue and getting my order remade. But when I complained about the delivery driver he gave me the usual customer service responses. I mentioned that he could get the two different drivers together to compare notes on where they actually delivered. I did tell him that I know I am only one customer and that I don’t spend that much money there, but I would not be ordering from them again.So taking care of my order issue 5 stars, for the unprofessionalism no stars.

Got the Chicago style pizza Was disgusting under cooked. Ordered Bacon there was none on pizza. And I think they shrunk it. Will not be getting pizza hut for a very long time. Need to step up your game.

Picked up pizza, pastas and breadsticks. The breadsticks were hard as rocks. When paying a gentleman had started ringing up my order to which I had added a couple of sauces. Then a women comes and tells him he has got to go look in the back and she would finish ringing me up. Well she charged my card and it was approved only to cancel it because she thought I was given the wrong order. Which was the right order. Then proceeded to have me charge my card again. Maybe deal with the customers first. Then you can have playtime.

I put in an online delivery order at 10 pm. Order and payment went through and said it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. I happen to look at my phone and I had received a voicemail that it was 30 minutes before closing and they didn't have a driver to deliver our order. Since they didn't reach me to make it a carryout order, they cancelled the order and did a refund....which I have not received yet.You need to have employees available to carry out customers' orders while you are still open for business.

Delivered for large family dinner. Easiest dinner I ever hosted. Stopped in and paid in advance and scheduled specific time for delivery.

Pizza Hut has the best pizza in Tucson. The crust is flavorful, the sauce has the perfect blend of spices. The pepperoni is crisp. The breadsticks are to die for and their marinara sauce is incredible. We go there at least once a week. They are consistent and very professional.
