Stopped by for a drink. I love their sweet tea ?. Food here tastes the same as other locations. They seem to be short of an item every time I order. Not as bad as other locations.

Good spot in the DM AFB Exchange complex. Nice staff and the food was tasty. I had a fish sandwich, my son had a chicken sandwich. The red beans and rice was a bit bland, but the mac and cheese pretty good!

How do you run out of Chicken sandwiches at a Chicken place? Unless the young lady at the counter didn't want to make me food because they were closing soon. I'm willing to bet the latter.

So, I'm currently sitting in the parking lot of store at 7111 E 22nd St, Tucson, AZ. At about 1445 hours today (5-23-20). I placed an order on the app and then pulled up at the drive thru. First of all I know they messed up the order of the person in line in front of me, because I heard his order. Then they offered it to me at the window. He ordered an 8 piece with a side of green beans. I said no, that's not my order. That belongs to the man that just left. Then, while at the window I could see at least 3 employees not wearing masks properly. Two had masks below their nose and one had it below their chin. I spoke to the girl in the window and her reply was "It's easier to breathe when it's not over my nose." I said yes, but u are breathing on my food. The manager came to the window and asked what the problem was. I explained it to her and she got an attitude with me. She said, "Well you are not wearing a mask. You could have something. " I said, "I'm not being paid to be professional and I'm not expected to follow health code guidelines, I'm not working in a restaurant. And I'm not breathing on your food. You are breathing on my food" She then told me she would not serve me and I had to leave the line. I left without food or refund. I immediately called national customer service number and the local health department. This is totally unacceptable. Do not accept good here. They are not following covid guidelines and they should be shut down. Not even to mention screwing up the order for the person in front of me, and the manager getting an attitude with me, because I was in my car without a mask. That's so, so, so jacked up. I will never go to another Popeyes again. They don't train their staff in sanitary measures, they can't get orders right and the manager has an attitude. RUN AWAY! Don't go there.

Excellent customer service. The chicken seems like it should be more flavorful since they are a chicken restuarant. I finally got around to going there for their famous chicken sandwiches and they weren't serving them anywhere. I suggest the apple pie for a sweet desert and their biscuits with honey and butter are delicious!
