Visited here tonight, and the young lady who helped us was wonderful. She was sweet, upbeat, thoughtful, and apologetic when warranted. That said, this location needs a management tune up.First of all, pretty much nothing tasted right. The biscuits were hard and very salty, the mashed potatoes were like…I can’t describe it, water? The ranch was rancid, it had to of been either left out in warm temps or just really old, I’ve included a photo.The location advertised Oreo Cheesecake in the menu, but we were told this location stopped selling it a long time ago, yet the sign is still very much up in drive thru?They were also out of sweet tea.

Avoid during meal times. The drive thru seemed to be running OK, but we gave up on ordering inside after 5 minutes. During that time, no one came to the counter to address anyone in line. We were going to try Popeyes again after a number of years, but not willing to wait that long.

Can’t rate the food, my wife and I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes (actually timed) while 2 employees ignored us waiting to place an order. (4/12 @ 10:30am). We tried to get the attention of one of the employees to no avail. No greeting….. no “hang on a minute”, no “we’ll be right with you”, nothing. The guy in front of us was waiting as well, but nothing for him either.The afternoon crew at this location is usually VERY good. We were very disappointed this go around. This was not that crew.

it’s popeyes so the food is pretty standard and i like their chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately and this is not the first time, I neglected to take everything out of the bag to insure my order was correct. i mean isn’t that something that should be correct and is easy to train someone to do.. so i get home which is 40 miles away from the restaurant and NO CHICKEN SANDWICH!!! two large mashed when i only ordered one but to be clear NO CHICKEN SANDWICH!! so corporate, if you actually take time to read any of the reviews, you (profanity) owe me a chicken sandwich! i will post to your facebook page and your X feed how uncaring you are for your customers. just another mega corporation who doesn’t give a damn about those who eat with them.

I love Popeyes however, this particular Popeyes (#12313) has terrible service. Orders are often wrong, customer service is slow and unfriendly. Even at times when I’m the only customer in lobby, they are slow and mess up orders. They seem to always be out of something whether it’s Coca Cola or various dipping sauces.

This is THE worst restaurant in HTC. How can it be this bad. There are 11 people working, only 1 actually doing anything to help the 8-10 ppl in the lobby. Food takes FOREVER.

Worst Popeyes ever. Well third time same story. Went to the drive thru each time told to park out front to get my order waited 15+min then have to go inside as they seem to always forget the order and hand out others that come out of drive thru after me. This is hands down the worst Popeyes in Southern Arizona. I have to go inside and when ask what's taking so long they scatter like roaches when you flick on a light. Will never be going back to Popeyes again or anyone in my family.

Customer service was great but the only problem is when you asked me what sauces I need and you don’t put any in my meal and I get home and there’s nothing in there and mind you. This is out of my way for me to even go back and my child’s meal was missing, the toy and the apple juice that it states on the receipt that it’s supposed to have!I would just state please pay attention more to packing the orders so people aren’t missing things
