Stopped by for a protein shake, but as soon as I walked in the lady made me feel welcome and she right away explained the different drinks tea's and shakes they have to offer. She was really nice and helpful and the protein shake I had was delicious.

We had a super sweet woman serving, so thank you for that. The menu was not very clear. We had to ask a few times what the ingredients would be in the drinks we ordered. The ambiance was a bit odd. Seems like it's a dance studio too? Our smoothies were good though! We'd stop here for take out again.

First time customer, I had a banana shake with strawberry cheese cake flavoring added, my son had a banana shake with berries added. They have healthy shakes and teas plus food items too with protein. They also have zumba that you can join.. Worth the visit

Passing through on the way back up to Phx and this place came up on a search. Nice little spot, seems to be family run. But the girl explained everything on the menu like legit in detail. My shake wasn't bad, maybe a bit much on the water, she mentioned they only used water, but I've also never had that brand protein before. Anyway? Give it a shot and see if you like it. I'll swing by for the food next time I'm down visiting.
Took my 15 year old nephew after a morning at the gym. He loved the vibe and his berry smoothie, as did I. We've already talked about making this a regular thing to treat ourselves. Great selections and options to build your own smoothies. I am looking forward to my first Zumba class.

The protein shake was really good, I just didn’t like having to pay $14 for it. When I first arrived, they didn’t have the price displayed so I was expecting 7-8 dollar range. Other than price, customer service and the shake were both great!
