I placed an online order at 10pm. When I got to the restaurant a girl brought my bag, went over my order with me and one of the burgers I had requested no lettuce and no tomato. Of course they put lettuce and tomato on my burger. What's the point of writing a note with specific details if they are not even going to acknowledge my request. Food was good but I'm still giving them a bad review for not taking the time to make my food the way I wanted it.
The food was delicious, as always!! Service was not so hot, which os disappointing. The waiter did table checks to everyone around us, but not us. We had to flag him down for drink refills and were not once offered a fries refill. Typically Red Robin staff is always on top of it and offering, which is why we like to go here. but not this location.

I wanted to tip more to our served, but you have those mini machines on your tables for customers to pay. Well the machine seems to be in a hurry to collect the payment. . I really don't like that. If my sever comes to pick up my payment I will be very happy to give a good tip.Besides that, my fries were cold and old

Fernando and Reyna did a fantastic job and they allow service pets !!! Definitely will be back again soon , I’m not sure how long I’m in town for but totally worth stopping in for a quick bite ✅

Order the Whiskey ribs and they were cold, hot fries and cold beer, place was busy but they can handle the rush, no managers taking care of business just girls going in circles , they need better management. If you can go somewhere else, Texas Road house across the bridge and they have amazing steaks and good service, fyi
