Another Tucson gem. We arrived and there was a line out the door which was both a good sign and a little intimidating but the staff were great. I ordered an ice coffee and and their Golden oatmeal. The Golden oatmeal was delicious. Quality ingredients and an ample serving. The ice coffee was easily some of the best coffee I have had. I was only in Tucson for a few days, but I made sure to get back there a couple times before I left. If you are looking for a good coffee shop, this woke disappointment. Plus it is right by the Tucson bike trail. Last day in town, walked over, grabbed my coffee and had a nice 3 mile walk on the trails. There isn't a lot of indoor seating but there is plenty of seating outside.

First time coming here and for sure the last. Came in order 2 plain bagels one with cream cheese and the other with bacon and egg. We waited 25 minutes for an order that was never given to the kitchen to make. They completely miss placed our ticket, even though we were standing there waiting. Didn’t check to see if the order maybe was missed placed, just had us sitting there like idiots. I’m extremely unhappy with the customer service and disappointed with how they just “missed our ticket.” All while every other customer who comes in is immediately served and gets to leave. I finally received the bagels after so long and they couldn’t even spread the cream cheese on the bagel. Never going back sadly. Honestly would love to hear from a manger.
Atmosphere was terribly uncomfortable the employees treated the customers with such attitude it was annoying. The gentleman at the register was so condescending while asking him a question and kept yelling at customers behind me to move the line in the direction he wanted … 3 times while I attempted to just place an order. Didn’t offer a receipt just started talking to the next person before I took my card out the machine. I went to pickup my drinks once ready and the female employee pushed them to me and when I wanted to confirm soy she responded so rudely and walked away … first time here and will definitely not come again. Felt 100% unwelcome

Wow. Nice place but small and VERY loud. There was one group and they occupied 80% of the seats and tables. I arrived at 0630 on a Sunday morning and it was a zoo.

I think this is an excellent coffee shop and I have had several positive experiences here with my husband, friends, and business partners. Unfortunately, I recently ordered an iced coffee and to my surprise there was a small insect in my drink. One of the staff members I spoke to dismissed it and joked about the bug as if it was a normal thing. Now, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry as a manager, so that kind of behavior (belittling a customer) is unacceptable.I can tell that they are a flamboyant staff, but there is still a level of professionalism that needs to be upheld. I received a new drink, this time I found a little coffee with my large cup of ice. I don’t understand why this occurred, the coffee I ordered should have been fixed properly. I am not one to complain but I love Ren Coffeehouse and would hope that management receives this feedback in order to improve their employee’s customer service skills.

Just when I thought you couldn't make avocado toast any better, Ren Coffeehouse succeeded in doing that. While bicycle riding on the loop, I stopped in and enjoyed a cappuccino and avocado toast. It was the perfect way to take a break from my ride.

Only place worth going to @ St Phillips Plaza that has consistently good food & service imo. I recommend the chai tea latte and ham & cheese croissant.
