False advertising for their name to come up when you search for vegan/vegetarian restaurants. They have eliminated all their good vegetarian options they used to have.

Unfortunately keeps on happening where the supervisor acts as we are getting free food. This place really needs to Shake things up. Service is very slow and customers are just left in the whim. Sad cause it has really good sandwiches but really lacks service.

Does anyone in Tucson know how to really make a Pastrami Sandwich?? I 'heard' this place did. Well, that's a big NO!! I ordered the GIANT @ $21. All they did was put it on a bigger round piece of rye bread, NOT increase any meat on it. Rediculous!! You can't pick your cheese, so Swiss was it. You can decide no Djion, their secret sauce. Whatever. I won't be back. Take some NY lessons and really make a proper Pastrami on Rye!

This location does an outstanding job of treating its customers with courtesy and respect. There's one guy in particular who shines especially bright here.Schlotzskys is so underrated, kudos for offering gluten-free options for nearly every menu item!

Last time I ate at Schlotzsky's, it was terrific. Today was different. I had the pick two. Soup and half sandwich. The soup was tasty, but hardly filled the bowl/cup. The sandwich had three wafer thin slices of turkey. The bread was super thick, making the sandwich look big, but it was all bread. I felt like I was getting screwed. Absolutely did not get much value for my buck. Will not be in a hurry to go back.

Double cheese Flatbread pizza.....issue I found is that no one in Texas or Arizona know the correct way to make it. The double cheese equals standard pizza cheese and Parmigiano on top. Hence two Cheeses. They kept leaving the Parmigiano off. Arizona location.. Turkey and avodaco was missing the avocado.
