I was sadly disappointed with my sandwich today. Way too salty and meat was on the small portion, fries were over salted too. For a $20+ lunch I was super disappointed.Kid-friendliness: Laid back atmosphere

The food is so good, it's a shame the service doesn't match. I tried calling in an order for 10 minutes and nobody answered the phone. I went in because the hours were recently updated and I knew they were open. The place was not busy at all and I called while waiting to order and the phone works, they just refused to pick it up. While ordering the girl at the counter was very short and seemed uninterested in doing a good job. When my order was ready she just placed it on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I've been to other locations and the service was great. I don't know what happened here, maybe an off night.Vegetarian options: The Micheal vegetarian sandwich is delicious. The Halloween calzone is delicious.

I think that Serial Grillers is the 8th wonder of Tucson’s restaurants. This place is incredible. It’s truly the pinnacle of Tucson foods that you absolutely must try.I don’t think there is anything bad on the menu. I’ve been faithful for years and I’ve slowly eaten my way through the entire menu and I can honestly say that from top to bottom everything is delicious.The atmosphere is fantastic and very relaxed. You can seat yourself after you order, It has great beers on tap (try everything).The staff is great and very helpful with everything. Food does come fast or depending on how busy they are, it can take 10 mins buts it’s absolutely worth every bite.Ever eat something so good and instantly start regretting how you’re almost finished? This is serial grillers in a nut shell.I can’t stress enough how good and satisfying serial grillers is and you will not regret it.They have TVs for games, a full bar or table seating and you can host company events or personal parties.Stop reading this and go now!Dietary restrictions: Ask. Staff is super knowledgeable about everything on the menu.Parking: More than 100? There is a lot.Kid-friendliness: 10/10 menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Anything you need.
Absolutely EXCELLENT pizza. I used to be a fan of the combination at round table pizza years ago however the quality over the years seemed to deteriorate. When I moved to Vail I was told SG was the place for pizza. The recommendation was right on. The quality of ingredients are very good. The crust, cheese and sauce do not disappoint. I generally don’t eat the crust on pizza but these pizza I find it hard to just one piece.I haven’t tried any of their other foods because I’m addicted to the pizza but eventually I will. Highly recommend this place for pizza!

We got a cheesesteaked sandwich with extra meat and it seemed like the same meat that you get on a regular sandwich. Then there's soda machine didn't work and they offered us a Coke but charges for it when it was their machine soda tea that wasn't working they should have gave us our drinks for free but charged us for them not right .

Food was great!!!! Delivered to the table quick as always. However, we got there at 7:30pm, they close at 8pm. At 8:02pm the ugly looking woman with the long hair and glasses started slamming all the metal chairs around loudly while putting them away. Literally right around guests that were still finishing their last couple of bites. We will still come back as we have for years. And just cross our fingers that the angry chair lady is off that shift.

Paid for double burger and found an overcooked single burger when I got home. Fries were very greasy.I'll go to one of the nearby fast food restaurants next time...less expensive, better quality and they get your order right.

Average tasting food at average price. Wasn't bad but I guess you go for the atmosphere? I guess...Could of bought same quality food for 1/3 the price at Safeway.It would of been a decent experience had I paid cash.Nowadays cash is best or else you get "asked a question" at checkout if I want to tip the worker 20% to help them earn a white collar salary at a burger joint.Tip shaming has to stop...it's going to eventually put restaurants out of business or put people out of work when kiosks replace them.
