I love Starbucks but each location is different and I normally order from the Marketplace location with no problems. For the last 2 days I have had to go the Broadway/Randolph location and each time I am disappointed. The first day they gave me the wrong drink and today they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich. I didn't complain the first time but today I called and all the girl could say was I am so sorry can you come back. I guess I have learned my lesson and will drive the extra time to go to Marketplace since they always get orders right instead of driving extra miles so the Broadway location can fix their mistake.

this location is my favorite not only because I’ve worked with most of these lovely beings and they’re still very nice to me (unlike some partners at other stores) AND ALWAYS MAKE MY DRINK RIGHT NO MATTER WHO IS ON BAR. Goes to show the standards are high and so is morale!Be kind and tip your baristas!

I ordered my coffee on the app and came to pick it up, I added 1/2” cream in it and usually other location filled it over the first mark line of the venti cup along with 3 shots expresso and some pumps of white mocha, however I came in and my cup was only half with I can say it was only 3 shot expresso. However, it’s not the point of this review, the employee’ attitude is really pissed me off. When I politely asked if he can add a little more cream for me because this would be bitter for me, he said he already added it and this was none of his business. Excuse me! Hello? Then why you go to work for ? :) I came on Feb 7th at 9:30am.

Service is so slow lady's are always talking amongst each other customers be 1st I'm pretty sure they get paid for it if you're not in the Drive-Thru they pay you no attention to you start to get frustrated I work in the El Con plaza my break is only 30 minutes and they always make me late if you're not driving thru drive through don't bother

Just Starbucks at the Elcon mall area. The barista was completely rude. She kept slamming her stuff down. I asked her a question. She answered me rudely. I ask her another question. She answered me rudely so intern I turned the sleeve empty box around and said, maybe if you weren't so rude, you would realize that this is empty. she's a girl that got trophies all of her life doing mediocre. That's her generation. Been a second employee pop said what we didn't know it was empty. Guess what girlfriend it's your job to know that it's empty.
