I’m in a long line patiently waiting and I asked for a tall coffee with whipped cream. Once I get my order, I have no whip cream and they gave me a grande. So I paid 565 for a grande that I didn’t ask for and there was no whip cream. So not only was I late to my appointment I had to turn around wait in line again and re-order my drink and then try to get my refund. my sandwich was frozen in the middle and not cooked properly. The meat was chewy and the bread was hard and it was definitely raw. My water was all ice and I got two sips of water. How do you mess up a water. they need to get a new person who’s making the food and drinks because they’re not doing their job right. every single time I go here something is wrong, Every single time and I’m so sick of it. Not only is the lady at the drive-through Super nice, she’s not the problem; it’s the person making the food and drinks, That’s the problem. they’re not reading the sticker and they’re not listening or reading that they are messing up the orders. And why are your phone lines off? It’s been two weeks and your phone lines are off. So I can’t call for a single thing. That’s so unprofessional and ridiculous that your phone lines are off.

How hard is it to follow instruction. I asked for a caramel macchiato and I didn’t get any caramel and no whip cream which on the sticker it says extra whip and my sandwich is not cooked at all. It’s frozen in the middle and the bun is extremely hardlack of effort and did not pay attention to the sticker on the drink disappointed because this is expensive and you can’t even follow instruction and get my order, right. This chicken sandwich is definitely rotten. The meat taste raw. Just look at this picture. I’ve been trying to call all morning and no one’s answering.

As a former Starbucks partner, I am really disappointed in this location and its deviation from the high standards that all locations are expected to adhere to. I have visited this location countless times and somehow they manage to fall short every single time. From not following basic drink recipes, to arguing with me about the drink I ordered, to blatantly lying about the price of items which they didn’t ring up properly. Something is always out-of-stock, the drive thru is painfully slow, and 9/10 times my order is missing items, or the drink was made incorrectly. Overall, this location is a poor representation of the brand, and seriously needs to go back to day 1 of the Starbucks training program.

Starbucks is scamming us. I bought a yogurt last week and it was a full cup size now. They shrunk it to half a cup size but they’re still charging the same price. I spent $5.15 for this half cup of yogurt.

I saw that this location was open until 8pm. I walked over from my motel and arrived at 7:30 pm on a Friday. The door was already locked so I walked over to the drive through window to get some service but was denied the ability to order due to not being in a vehicle. She said it had to do with safety. How is that unsafe?

Staff is always super helpful and friendly they do their very best to keep the store clean and have service as fast as possible the only aspect of the visits that are annoying is when the staff feel you have spent too long in the restroom they knock or bang or other customers are unable to read the fact that the bathroom is occupied and continuously attempt to open it and do not listen when you tell them it's occupied.

The barista was very friendly and the service was quick - however, I'm 99.99% sure that my drink was nothing but syrup and Oatmilk and no espresso. It had a pretty good amount of space, was super light colored....and just tasted of sweet milk. I didn't have the time to return and have it remade - and it was 100 degrees outside and the drink was cold and sweet. But $6 is a lot for syrup milk.
