I have previously enjoyed and trusted this location. Today, 5pm, in the drive through I had a terrible experience. When describing how I wanted my coffee made I was told 3 times “that is not how we make it, we do this…”. I asked that it be made how I like it and have had it made since Starbucks opened-for years. No extra ingredients, just different assembly. I ended up leaving without purchasing. This “girl” sounded very young and obviously needs customer service training. I drove down the street and was given my order without any questions or being schooled. I hope owner/management sees this review and provides this person some training. They lost me as a customer.

This is our go-to Starbucks, but why is it now closed Fridays and Saturdays? Really disappointing and inconvenient. I'm not sure how long this location will last if they're encouraging people to shop at different locations.

Don't ask for extra caramel on your caramel machiato. They will give you less than they normally do instead of more and still charge you $6 for a drink.
They were super busy when we got there but that didn't stop them. They banged out drinks like crazy and no one had to wait longer than 3mins. Even rushing the drinks were amazing. Keep up the good work!

After walking up to place a order with no welcoming, then paying for my order and being prompted to tip, then getting my breakfast sandwich and biting into it and it having a Ice cold center, then bringing it back to the counter to be reheated with no apologies, no compensation, then picking it up from the counter with again no apologies. Wow great customer service!I'm heading back to my local roasters and won't be back!Learn how to be nice again!
