Мне не нравятся зрязные Старбакс в США но этот меня удивил - было чисто и приятно. Обслуживание тоже удивило, меня впервые в Тусоне обслужили так как я заказала не забыв про еще один кофе или сендвич что приходится бегать в очередь чтобы напомнить или дозаказать. Площадка с зонтиками так что можно быть на улице ? из минуса - на улице нет мусорного бака.Parking: Вокруг много мест где можно запарковаться если нет места прямо около входа

Too noisy and they don't serve you personally. Drinks are put on one side and your food order on another. I think they call your name but I missed hearing mine due to the noise. Don't like that order doesn't come all at one time. What is to stop someone from picking up an order that isn't their's. At Starbuck prices the very least they can do is hand you your order and say thank you.

Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Starbucks LocationAs a frequent customer of Starbucks, I have visited this location on numerous occasions, both as a customer and as a rideshare driver picking up orders for customers. While I have generally received fair service as a customer, I must express my disappointment with the customer service experience, particularly towards delivery drivers, during my visit today, March 20.Upon entering the store, I found the atmosphere to be lacking in warmth and hospitality. Despite there being six employees present, the majority of them seemed more focused on their own conversations than attending to customers. I stood at the counter for at least 3 to 4 minutes waiting to pick up an order, yet not a single employee acknowledged my presence until prompted by the cashier, a young lady wearing glasses.When I finally indicated that I was there to pick up an order for a customer, the response was lackluster at best. One of the workers simply dropped the order on the counter and walked away without a word. This lack of respect and basic courtesy towards customers, especially those picking up orders on behalf of others, is unacceptable.As a result of this experience, I have decided that I will no longer be doing business with this particular Starbucks location. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the consistent lack of professionalism and respect demonstrated by the staff leaves much to be desired. As a rideshare driver, I will fulfill orders for customers if necessary, but I urge the individuals at this store to prioritize customer respect and service in the future.

Kind of random on service. You never really know how the drive-thru visit is going to go. It has the air of being a "training site" as the people seem to be constantly changing and you get the feeling they're still learning.The most accurate assessment would be "lacks consistency".
