I initially visited this Starbucks while on a trip to Target.. I was on my way out when I stopped for a quick frappe. It wasn't very busy but frappe still took over 10 mins to receive. I hurried to my car cuz now I was late only to realize it wasn't even what I ordered! I called spoke to "manager" was told I could come back any time and receive a replacement so when I did so about 2 days later, I was told by the apparently real manager (Trevor) the person I spoke to was not actually a manager and they wld not be replacing/correcting my order. Not good customer service and the drink I did receive wasn't even good!..

This Starbucks is open till 8 and they turn their ovens off at 7… not good business. The assistant was on a 15 minute break and the customer service lady with blonde curly hair was rude and acted like that was my problem. If you’re open for business, it is not my problem that your associate is on break. As a business you should have someone covering her break. When i finally got my coffee it was the worst I have ever gotten from Starbucks. I will never come back to this location, and I will never recommend this location to anyone.

The manager of this location would be so embarrassed if they knew how 'Manda' treats their customers! From the minute I walked in the door, she was rude and unhelpful- which was whatever because I know customer service is not an easy job, especially during the holidays. But the situation became really absurd when she insisted my drink (which I was staring right at) wasn't mine and then proceeded to follow me into the parking lot once she'd realized her error and berated me for "my entitled behavior" which she apparently perceived and described by mocking my body language in a dramatic reenactment. First of all, I am autistic- I'm sorry if my body language in response to someone being rude and raising their voices to me is obviously conveying how uncomfortable I am- but the way she spoke/mocked/ and called me names was a totally unacceptable response to that. And even if I weren't autistic, being curt and unhelpful to a customer is bound to solicit a likewise response. I'm sorry Manda hates her job so much, but that is not my, nor any other customer's problem and we shouldn't be punished for it. Starbucks is the last place you expect to find miserable employees; at 4 to 5 bucks a drink, they should be paid enough to at least be nice to customers ?‍♀️
