Mobile orders were busy when I went in, the dining room was lass than one quarter full. I waited 12 minutes for my two drinks... when I asked if they forget my order after the people who came in after me got their drinks first. I was told some drinks are Easier to make? Iced tea and a Frappuccino are apparently extremely difficult drinks for this location! They had lots of mobile orders waiting to be picked up... why couldn't you get my order in the queue? Service is usually rude to mildly awake at this location! Why do I frequent this location... I don't know?!

Rude baristas and bad coffee. Unless you're trying to use up a gift card like I was today don't come here. Plenty of great coffee shops in town that are locally owned who actually deserve patronage.

I walked in too baristas loudly demanding everyone too leave flipping chairs over onto tables and quite literally herding every single customer out of the store in a ride manner, i have returned to this starbucks many times and i am rarely met with a kind or respectful barista helping me!

Best cinnamon caramel nitro cold brew I’ve had at any location, service is genuine, chill, all around the perfect lowkey vibe. Fortunate to have encountered the two people working today who were rad & pumping out fresh drinks. Love coming to this location & it was easy to see why so many other people felt the same at 11am on a Thursday. It was bustling with activity. This place also has a give & grab library shelf that was being taken from & given to while we were there for a few minutes.

The coffee and most of the staff are ok but the business hours are unpredictable. Suggest not going there at the last hour or two as it may be closed already in some days.

Unfortunately, this location does not have online pre-orders. The line around 7am was about 5-10 minutes. The service was very efficient and the staff was friendly. There is decent indoor and outdoor seating.

Just a regular ol' corporate coffee shop with employees that seem a bit irritated that you've ordered something. You know, the usual. ?Vegetarian options: Those egg bite thingies.Parking: Lots of spaces.Kid-friendliness: Daddy and daughter time. ❤️Wheelchair accessibility: Bring your handicap friend.

Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. The staff is very friendly with great smiles. The floors are spotless as well as the bathrooms. Probably the last reviews are just old grumpy people. Keep up the great work !

This location is so dirty. The staff is just standing around (they are not busy with customers) and all of the tables and the floor are just gross.

The crew at this location saved the day. I ordered coffee from a different business in that parking lot, for our resident event, celebrating National Coffee Day. The other biz did not have my order and claimed I never placed one. I quickly went next door to Starbucks and Jamie told me to have a seat and, “She’s got me”. I was out with 4 to go containers of coffee in 10 minutes and one worker helped me get it to my truck! Best customer service!!!

Well I love this location and the employees the new hour change is ridiculous in my honest opinion. This location opens at 5:30 am Monday-Friday & 5 am on the weekends. Why open earlier on the weekends when it’s slower and not during the week when it’s busier? Monday through Friday during the week at 5:30 am it gets too slammed here and the employees are overwhelmed. I’ve stopped coming here on the weekdays just because of that. I say the hours should be changed: Monday-Friday open at 5 am and on the weekends open later particularly Sunday.
