It says online and in store that it closes at 8pm. But the lobby closes at 7pm according to the staff. They should have posted that online and in store so people know that.

If I ever go to this location, I usually have to do a mobile order since the employees are so rude. Today, it was not an option on the app. & I had to order through the drive through. My order was taken, I get put on hold, employee comes back on & asking what I wanted, then I am on another hold. Just like I was placed on hold twice I had to say my order twice, which is ridiculous for a $6 drink. & also to deal with Jessica who does not know customer service at any loc. I go to & she's there it is always problematic for me. Then I am told they are short staffed by her & refused to refund. She sarcastically told me to try "Dutch bros" next time upon handing me my drinks.

There are 10 minutes left until 8:00pm and people have the store closed and the drive thru not working. The door was locked and the girls very reluctantly signaled that the store was no longer in service. On Google it said open until 8, they were already closed.

I order on the app frequently, Usually on the weekend. My drink is always perfect. I absolutely hate the parking lot! Which I understand is no one's fault besides corporate who chose that exactly corner.

Can’t break a 100 dollar bill; this ain’t a mom & pop shop, it’s a multi-billion dollar company & you have a monopoly on coffee in every society, where you charge almost 10 dollars per cup, you know you’ll have a couple more customers than everyone else.

A very clean Starbucks, very clean restrooms and lovely lobby. The service was good but just very slow. After ordering, I waited 15 minutes for our drinks while there wasn't any customers ahead of me. The baristas were talking and gossiping in the background without a care in the world and none of them were making the drinks at all. It's 7:36 and I just watched the employees lock the doors and walk to their car. Seriously, the hours for Starbucks locations are getting shorter and shorter. It's frustrating
