It takes over 1 hour every time I order from here. I’m always patient but when I asked them to reheat up my food after getting my drink an hour after, they refused and redirected me toward a microwave. $6 for a sandwich I have to heat up myself. They should have just given me a new one. Student staff was nice, but management was kind of rude about it.

Cold hot coffee. The brownie i got was warmer than the coffee. I also asked for sugar and it seems they put sweetener.

The service is terrible. They are busy at this location but the staff seems to only know one job. They don't help each other out. After waiting 25 minutes for my sandwich to be warmed up and being told it was not ready, I just had to leave it to get to a meeting.

Don't waste your money here, everytime I go to get coffee because it's near my work, I'm always running into problems... today I tried to go twice( 2 hrs apart). First time, was the fire alarm. Second was toldthey are only taking mobile orders...

Placed a mobile order and said it was going to be ready at 9:30am. I'm currently sitting here at 10:12am and my order is still not ready. The staff has avoided eye contact as much as possible but when I finally got ahold of someone they told me that my order hadn't even been printed yet. I ordered it 1 HOUR ago and it still isn't printed out. Long story short, don't waste your time at this awful place.

long wait times. had to leave without getting all our drinks after a point because the baristas do not know how to prioritize or sequence. the one drink we got (out of the three ordered) was made incorrectly (the one alteration was literally just add cream)

Do not bother with this Starbucks! Had a mobile order. For the first 25 mins, I waited until I asked one of the baristas and he told me to wait since the label for the mobile order did not print. So I waited for ten more mins. And I decided to talk to the cashier about the progress since it’s been 35 mins since I ordered the drink. The label was printed 3 mins later after my order on the app, but they forgot about it. Instead of getting my drink next, I waited another 15 mins. I didn’t even get whip cream on my coffee which it stated on my order. I order my coffee with soy milk (it’s extra) but they gave me regular milk. They do not care. I understand their students, but 50 mins for coffee and not to make it right. Just orders from the bookstore. They are more accurate with their drinks. The main library don’t even call your name or order when it’s ready. It’s the worse from all the Starbucks on campus

Both workers were wearing earbuds when it is a health code violation plus my coffee that I received was not filled. The guy that assisted me didn’t even hear my number right because he had both ears covered the only reason he was able to give me my coffee was because it was the only one on the counter.

Terrible service - waited over 25 mins for a small black iced cold brew. Ended up leaving without my drink because they took so long.

Nice baristas but mgmt doesn't seem to want to staff enough employees, leading to 25+ minute wait times for seemingly simple 1-item orders. Frustrating that in-store orders seem to get ignored in favor of the online/mobile orders. Wonderful people, just poor service
