Stopped by this morning, and the drive through line was out to the street. Busy place. So I went inside.At the front of the line, a customer was having some sort of issue with their mobile app or something. Everyone was being friendly, but it was taking time.One of the women in the kitchen, I think her name is Laura, asked the three of us in line what we were ordering. So while the person up front was getting sorted, the crew was prepping our orders. Got to the front of the line, re-ordered my order, and it all came out instantly.Laura is a rock star, and the whole crew here seems to be awesome. Nice work, folks!

My drink was made incorrectly, despite being simple and straightforward. They also let the espresso turn, so it was bitter. This could have been avoided if they had just made the drink according to recipe. Get it together, guys…

Hospitality and effort to make what I ordered and creative signs
There is hardly any coffee in here. I took one sip then had to spit it out when I saw the tag said ALMOND MILK after ordering OAT MILK. I have a NUT ALLERGY. No mention that oat milk was out or unavailable so I cannot believe it was switched like that. The cup feels so light because there’s hardly any coffee in it. For a cold brew it’s not even cold. I’m extremely disappointed that not even the bare minimum can be met. I just wanted a coffee to celebrate Friday, and now I don’t have that. Won’t be back.Dietary restrictions: They do not care about your restrictions. They gave me almond milk when I asked for oat milk, without any warning no mention that oat milk was not available, nothing. Just laziness and lack of awareness
