I’m literally willing to overpay for coffee and this store manages to discourage me from it. What’s the point of paying 5-7 dollars for a single coffee drink if I don’t have access to the inside of the store to order it? They closed their lobby at 3 PM. Crazy. And don’t tell me the store is understaffed because I looked through the window and there were at least 7 people hanging around there. And to order online you must be a rewards member. When we stopped by, they only offered drive-thru and mobile pickup— a little surprising with no reason stated why. Dining room area blocked off. Ordering on the app was quick though. Didn’t have Oleato.

Staff seems impatient and does not communicate well. They're not very personable at all. However, they are efficient. I wouldn't come her if i wanted to feel "welcomed." i guess it's a good place to get in and out.
