Walked in, bought a coffee, after I paid I asked, what the codes for the bathrooms was. Rude employee was very excited to tell me they are closed. She told me they have no bathrooms for customers anymore. I asked why, she proceeded to tell me that people do not know how to use it properly so everyone is punished. I told her to keep the coffee & my money. I will NEVER be back to this place again! I hope her day only gets worse, she sure made my morning awful with her smug attitude and nasty comments.

I stop in here frequently in the evenings, and the service has always been courteous, prompt, and accurate.They also invariably have bags and bags of coffee grounds for the garden. I haven't sampled the food nor the specialty drinks.

James was our cashier on 9/9/2023 at around 3:40pm. It was the first time I was going to redeem my points so I had questions, he was extremely rude and raised his voice without even explaining how I could or why I couldn’t redeem my points. He even asked: “Do you have money in the card?” I didn’t want to make a scene, but he should have training in customer service. I don’t understand why Starbucks would keep people like him in a city that is so diverse and parents visit so often.

Genuinely the best Starbuck's I've been to. Holden was so sweet and we spoke for a couple minutes like we were best friends, even though we had only met just then. My iced chai and bacon gouda sandwich were made with such love and care and tasted so yummy. Love u Holden!!!! And thank you to the rest of the staff for the quick + amazing service and food!!
