The food here was god awful. My sandwich and coleslaw were tasteless & soggy. I felt sick later that night and I don’t think it was a coincidence. I wish I read the reviews more before going.

I got the sliders. They were all very dry. Needed some sauce or something else. It’s a Saturday night and only 2 other tables were full. The service was mediocre. The bathroom was disgusting, trash all over the ground, and 4-5 workers just standing around having drinks and on their phones. Would not recommend.

This place is a testament that even local small businesses can be just as greedy as any big chain.First off, there is only ever one person for the whole front of house - it's super upsetting. She did the best she could but ultimately this job is stacked against her. No one in my family, which includes a few career waitresses could manage 20 tables, like this. This is the definition of being set up for failure. You can't deliver good service if you aren't willing to _invest_ in delivering that service. However it seems that business owners feel increasingly entitled to my dollar for less and less. And before you ask, yes, I would happily pay more for the food if it meant you could staff up appropriately. I'm not a boomer on a fixed income and rising prices are the norm for me in this dang country. So yeah, this experience not only turned me off to your restaurant experience, but your entire product line as a whole. I'm done with Firetruck Brewing. It's clear that they are anti-worker, anti-customer, and not worthy of the status they hold in our community.I'm giving this review 2 stars because those ladies (one in front of house, one in the kitchen) fed a full restaurant with no complaints and nothing but a pleasant demeanor. And this is despite the owner of this establishment clearly working to sabotage them every step of the way.Seriously, I hope I get to meet the owner so I can tell this to his/her face. I want to tell them that this makes them look like exploiters and frauds, not a business Tucson would be proud of.Vegetarian options: They have a bean based patty they use - it's pretty decent. Outside of that substitution it's only mildly veg friendly and not recommended for vegans.

Quality of food has gone down since I ate here about a year ago. Building and bathrooms in need of maintenance.

Hubby and I were trying to find a place for lunch that was new to us. I knew of this place as I drive by it every day to get to and from work, so this seemed like the obvious! There were only two other tables besides us and it appeared to be only one waitress. Its on the smaller side inside, but also has outdoor seating. We checked out the menu and I immediately spotted the tri-tip sandwich. Hubby got a burger. The waitress was pretty good--very friendly. We watched her smoothly covered a couple at the bar, and four tables. The food came out-I would only say it was "ok". Not the tri-tip I was hoping for. It came out as thick slices on the bun. I ended up pulling it all apart and putting it back on the roll. It was pretty bland, like no seasonings were used. I have for sure had better. While we give it four stars, its for the set up, decor and service. The food was not bad--just not great.

Second time giving this place a try.Food cold and awful.Tables and chairs stacked up in restaurant with sign not in use.Waitress never cleaned our table.Outside area dirty, garbage on floor, chairs not in place.Lunch time and only a couple at bar, which tells me the food doesn't draw a lunch crowd.Waitress seems unmotivated, not caring. We will not return..... Highly recommend finding another venue.

Usually great menu occasionally they are out of some things. The food is great but I occasionally get an item that bothers my allergies. Occasionally they are slow bringing the bill

This is a solid basic unpretentious casual place for a great beer, good food and sometimes some live music. Our server (Alicia) was nice. They had some quirky unusable tables off to the side of the restaurant which looks tacky and the outside tables were not cleared for a long time, but if those annoyances don’t bother you, just focus on the good beer and food and you will be happy here!Feels like a local neighborhood bar.VictorB

Born in Tucson, but only in Tucson in the winter now always wanted to try this place after a few years we finally do we drive 45 minutes to this location only to walk in to dirty tables dirty bathrooms, a dead place and one waitress/bartender we never been here knew nothing. She was busy with her kid dog and boyfriend or husband sat for 10 minutes then got a drink sat for another 25 minutes then placed a order, got the food every single thing was nasty. No plates or napkins for appetizers fish tacos.were rubber tortillas were hard as a rock salad was not a BBQ salad turkey sandwich was disgusting like turkey was old for days we left the food there paid the bill and left I'd never go back infact feel bad inviting family to join in the horrible experience. They all got sick tonight after we left including me ? worst experience in Tucson ever totally wish we ate at the Mexican place across parking lot. Not sure how they still in business so sad

We have been going to this location for a few years now and we have noticed a drastic decline in food quality and increase in prices (which is not necessarily their issue with the economy where it’s at). Chicken tenders were burnt, turkey on the sandwiches were warm and rubbery like they were microwaved. We were the only guests in the place. And all the TVs were off. We went to watch the NFL game. We’ll be heading elsewhere next time. It’s a shame because it used to be great.
