Ordered online pickup at 2am. Got there at 2:30 to pick it up came home checked the sandwiches and they were not made right at all. They were both extremely cold and had none of the Add ons me and my fiancé wanted in our sandwich and had the wrong bread. So I went all the way back after store was closed for 3 minutes already and luckily someone was still there. Israel was awesome and really helped out and was very understanding. The guy who was working with him was the one who messed everything up and he said he was trying to get out of work quick so that’s probably why he messed them up. Israel thank you for the support and thank you for making the sandwiches right and fixing everything wrong with them. You need a raise. You’re awesome brother! Keep it up! Whoever The other guy was working with you tonight needs to be fired he really ruined the vibe and completely messed up the sandwiches. Corporate please do something about this, This is a bad look for subway as a whole.

Today 11/26 around 3pm . When we came in, there was one employee. He asked us to wait, but he was Purposely going slow on the order. He said he is making an order online, then a lady came after us while he was doing our order. He took her order while proceeding our order and made us wait again. His behavior was very rude and I felt like he wants to aggravate us.The vegetables were not fresh. The tomatoes were were saggy, and the lettuce was old , very bad presentation, and everything doesn't look fresh as it supposed to be. I had to take the tomato out of my Sandwich.

How does the saying go? Don't judge a Subway by its cover?I'm always driving past this particular Subway yet reluctant to actually walk in and place in order. Not because it's Subway, I've always liked this restaurant. No it was this particular Subway I'd avoid for a couple reasons. First, the reviews on Yelp and elsewhere made this Subway specifically it sound very unprofessional and unappealing. Second, the idea that being open until 3am always made me wonder if quality was sacrificed due to the convenience. All speculation of course, and none of it could be more misleading.Finally, I've given this place a shot and it was a good thing I did. Because now I can say with confidence this is one of the best Subways I've been to here in Tucson. The appearance is nothing spectacular, it's simple yet clean. But it is the staff that make this place work and make you come around again and again.There are a few employees I have yet to meet, but the 2 I continue to run into are Tommy and Joey. Young guys with a great attitude and willingness to do the best that they can to make a customer feel welcome comfortable within their restaurant. Many times I've run into employees that give the impression of inconvenience when adding veggies to your sandwich. These guys are sincere and clearly enjoy what they do and anyone paying attention is able to pick up on this quickly. Great job guys, you're appreciated!

I don’t remember his name i think its kenan but hes so amazing and helpful. We went in at like 1am and this poor kid was struggling so hard all by himself but even when a line formed in the store he kept his cool and handled it like a pro. Personally i think they’re way understaffed but he didn’t let that stop him. He’s a good worker and i hope he gets the appreciation he deserves.

Me and my boyfriend ordered here for lunch around noon through the app. After we ate we started feeling sick and began throwing up all day. Also when entering the store there was no one in site to welcome anyone but as I was leaving from the back I heard “have a good day”.

Ordered online thru Subway App, buy one foot long, get foot long free which is a sweet deal! Sandwiches made perfectly as requested thru the app, also toasted perfectly! This location is always clean and staff always greet you with a smile. I also like the fact that my online order was ready and waiting for me on the "online shelf"! A lot of places have the online order area but don't use it, therefore all that jazz about not having to wait in line, and you still have to wait in line!!!
