Placed an order for three sandwiches. One of the three sandwiches had only five ingredients requested the wrong sauce was applied, I called went back into pick up a replacement sandwich which was even more messed up the bread was wrong the meat was wrong and it was not toasted. Very disappointed in this subways ability to follow simple instructions.

Accidentally ordered online at they wrong location. Called to cancel order and sandwich maker made a big issue about refunding (“I don’t know what to tell you”),and canceling order and just said to come to the store, however I thought the location was for the one by Tucson Mall. Told him that and to please just cancel the order and refund me since it was made on the subway website and accidentally the wrong store location. I offered to call back when less busy, he muttered how it was inconvenient and hung up on me.

The staff here are always friendly. The food is fresh and the taste and portions are consistent. And quite tasty! Prices are on par with other places serving similar, but the fountain drinks seem a bit overpriced. With a coupon it's a great deal. The deco has been refreshed so it feels really clean and modern inside.Vegetarian options: You can totally do vegetarian here.Dietary restrictions: Can do keto here, skip the bread.
