I arrived at the Broadway/Pantano (10/17/23 @ 9:50 p.m.) location ten minutes before closing and they locked the doors and refused me service even though Google said Open ...closes soon? The male employee thru me some kind of sign w his hands which I have on video. No courtesy or professionalism here. At least an explanation why they were closing earlier than policy. Is this subway policy?

This Subway at this location is very bad , I placed my order but the sandwichmaker did not change his gloves before he started a new order, he was very hostile and aggressive when asking me about what I want in each sandwich ,he made me feel very uncomfortable .....I will never go back there!!

Never coming here again, today I walked in at 10 o'clock am hr after they open and not even a hello or welcome in they just ignored me and my girlfriend we sat around waiting for an order one guy has his back to us and the lady was organizing the cookies we left and are heading to eegees

I tried to get lunch at this Subway today. When I came in, I used the bathroom first and then went to order. I said hi to the woman behind the counter and was ready to order. She said in a stern voice- "Can I ask you where you got our bathroom code?" I replied that the bathroom was open. She asked me again, "Who gave you my bathroom code?" I was so confused! I told her no one, that it was open. She then angrily told me it was the 3rd time I had come in to use her bathroom. I thought, ok this lady has me confused with someone else! I said, "I'm sorry, I believe you have me confused with someone else, I don't know what you are talking about." She continued pushing her point on me, so I gave up on getting my lunch. She told me to have a nice day in that kind of snarky way that you know someone doesn't really want you to have a nice day. I should have kept walking out, but I went back and told her that she was mean (I know, not helpful.) She said she wasn't mean, she is looking out for her business. So I think she's the owner of this location. I can imagine she did think I was someone else, or she was having a bad day, but WOW! I hope she goes and checks that her bathrooms are open! Won't ever go near here again.
