I was treated badly today by the store supervisor. I was waiting for my sandwich to be toasted and the employee behind the counter, who was making several sandwiches for a large take out order for the customer who was not presented in store. I asked the employee if he could take care of my sandwich first since I was the only customer here. It's common sense right? Wrong. The shift supervisor came out from the kitchen, who told me that I was not any special than the takeout customer and continued to protest that I should be waiting until they completed the larger takeout order. I told him I felt that he obviously didn't want my business and if they do this at every Subway, no customer would ever want to come back for this maltreatment.

It's insanely unbelievable that the large soda Costs $7!!!!?????? It's a cup made of PAPER and it doesn't even have a cool design on it. Don't get me wrong, I love subway a lot but their prices these days are ?????????????????? ?????????????Lol ?Yo price Is way too high you need to cut ittt? ?

My son went to get sandwiches. Two orders were fine but mine (tuna flatbread with veggies) was awful. I called to ask for a credit because the sandwich was subpar and a teenaged girl answered and just said, \\\"sorry, thanks for calling.\\\" I asked her for a credit and she said no and that there are no managers in but I could call back the next week. I asked if I could leave my name and number which she took but no one ever called. The flat bread was hard/stale so I had to tear it apart. The veggies were sparse...anyways, my fault for not going myself and not calling them the next Monday. Sometimes...I just like and expect good product and service. I won't be returning to the OV Subway.

We went to subway last week in Oro Valley. I thought our bill was a little high. I took a look at it when we got in the car and there was a tip for almost $6.00 that we did not approve. She didn't ask and we didn't say yes. Is that legal? I feel like she took money from us whithout asking. She said that it wasn't the store she normally works in. I lost the dang bill. Is there anything I can do???

Sorriest excuse of a sandwich shop, normally its a great experience but the kids working there were getting ready to close the store at 5:45, got my pickup order wrong, threw shredded napkins into the bag and didn’t even cut the sandwich I’m sure it’s just a one off day but it’s just disappointing.

I have been craving a good sandwich lately, and with not being able to have gluten I thought I couldn't anymore. Thankfully they deconstructed the sandwich so I could add it to my lettuce leaves at home. I am a bit sad that they don't offer a way to wrap your sandwich in lettuce. But the meats and cheese are fantastic and I will be back.
