You were out of roast beef so I had to settle for something else... I was really craving roast beef so the sandwich I ordered was edible buy not what I wanted...asked for the garlic aoli on the side...got home and discovered it wasn't in the bag and I got white bread instead of the Italian herb bread...more disappointment.... needless to say it aided in the bad Christmas eve I was already having....my hubby and grandson got exactly what they ordered and wanted

I hate to submit a review like this ... it goes against my better judgment !We go here for take-out ... and ... here, I go ...My only complaint is with every Subway I've ever been too ...It has one inexcusable problem ...Your ... Service station counters that display all your pre-sliced meats, cheeses, vegetables & condiments which are left uncovered and exposed to the the atmosphere ...Because of ... customers who lean over the counter to view all their favorite items to choose and select from for their sub ...thus ... allowing your customers to cough and breath all-over the service area and exposed foods ... not to mention ... the staff who are not wearing masks.It's a pet peeve of mine ... but ... a serious one.Furthermore ...There are no "double sets" of separated entry doors nor is there sufficient positive A/C pressure to prevent outside air and pollution from entering the sandwich shop.That's why I've been spending time ... lately... looking at other sandwich shops.Also, this shop is located at the far east-end of a shopping strip mall next to an open area and dusty field with its limited handicap ♿ parking and a pothole large enough to bury a small car.Subway really blew this location and shop design!/// /// /// /// / ☆☆☆☆☆ \ \\\ \\\ \\\I have no intention of knocking your server nor the service which we received on this occasion ... both of which were excellent.However ... I hold you ... corporate and your store management for inadequate staff training ( mask usage ) ... and ... you & your corporate designers for everything else.Shame on you ... for not covering the service line food items with plastic or glass sliding or hinged covers.*** Sneeze shields are inadequate and totally useless; unless you paint a ..."YELLOW ... DO NOT CROSS"line ... on the floor and keep everyone back 2 feet !!!Corporate ... fire your Property Managers, Subway Stop store designers ... and hire me ... because ... I know what I'm doing and what you have here is ... stark and uninviting.This store is a health hazard that is ... Mismanaged with Zero Atmosphere and in a lousy location !!!UPDATE ALERTS !!!*** Nothing has changed since I wrote the above review; I returned to see if anything had changed or improved. I found out this location has a franchised owner.Unfortunately this strip mall was not designed with food service and restaurants in mind.UPDATE ALERT !*** 11/4/23: Sandwiches and staff are great; someone decided to reseal the parking lot but forgot to repair the large divit in front of Subway.I recommend the #4 on the menu with extra salami, tomatoe and cucumber slices.Dietary restrictions: Depends on your restrictions.Parking: It's a shopping strip mall with Safeway as the anchor store. There's a Dry Cleaner, an Asian Restaurant, a Starbucks more.Kid-friendliness: Highchairs available but limited seating.Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door opener.

I had a Cheesesteak sandwich, "The Outlaw". Four stars for a tasty sub. But, it's not what I really wanted, which was a Philly Chicken Cheese sub. This puts Subway a couple decades behind other sandwich shops such as Jersey Mike's and Charleys Cheesesteaks, to name a couple, that have offered a variety of chicken versions for a long time. It seems like Subway wants to encourage me to go elsewhere. Is it really a big deal for Subway to put chicken, instead of steak, on a sandwich, and include it on their menu and App?

I like the sub sandwiches, though minimal innovation over the years. The website is antagonizing. Just want to look at the menu to decide if I want to go to Subway. Selected 'Menu', but there's no menu! You actually have to go through the online ordering process by selecting location and delivery or pickup. Presumptuous and annoying to assume I will order from them. Poor website design compared to other restaurants.

We typically don’t get Subway unless there’s a BOGO buy 1 get 1 free deal. Today we ordered online and by the time we got there it was already ready for pickup which was convenient. Store looked clean & both sandwiches were absolutely tasty and tasted so fresh. I am very impressed with this location and I will be coming back in the future. ?

First time ordering from this location. One of my sandwiches was asked to have salt an pepper on it and it seemed like they poured the whole container on it. Other sandwiches had the wrong ingredients on it and was over all just not what we wanted. Definitely would not recommend this location from what I've experienced and read about.

So when I went in and got a tuna sandwich they only put 3/4 tuna on the bread and I asked if they could just put a little more on the end they said that is a double meat charge!!!! I got one scoop not even close to double which would have been four more!!! Jared the P messed this place of so bad!!!

My daughter and I ordered two identical sandwiches - turkey on wheat, provolone cheese, spinach, tomato, and lots of black olives. The sandwiches were made to perfection in a timely manner. That's about all you can ask for in a good sandwich order. Thanks Subway! Nailed it! ?
