“Hoping the owners see this review! I placed my order today for pickup at 12:55. I left a note asking if they could please make sure olives were on one and NOT on the other, PLEADING bc no one ever gets it right. They were so kind about it when I got there and told me how they got my back. Not only did they do it but the subs are the most clean made subs I’ve ever seen, nothing is falling out and it’s so easy to eat. So whatever man and woman were working on March 4 at almost 1pm THEY ARE SO GOOD !!!“

“The most amazing staff, I tend to linger just because of them. Everyone is always so happy to see you, and is genuinely interested in treating you as though you're the only customer in the store while they are assisting you with your meal. They offer suggestions that are always on point and to my taste when I'm pondering options, for instance the suggestion of the cheese bread for my spicy Italian which was not something I'd had before and was perfect. Very talkative and personable while also navigating all of the things you're requesting going down the line, just having a conversation - and being engaged while also demonstrating amazing skill with their hands doing so. Impressive seeing people enjoying their work and dealing with people who are mostly kind but not always as they should be.I have been going to Subway since it opened, this is by far my favorite Subway, on 12th and Valencia. The freshest ingredients always mounded up and ready to go. All those ads and posters you see everywhere with the super super fresh ingredients to build this amazing sandwich? They're all here - they do exist in the best Subways but more than that the service here is what always brings me back. Try this location, it's PERFECT.**Remember, it is not nice and you must never bully someone on their job. There's a word for that and it's not Karen - it's coward. You may disagree and wish to take your dispute further, but be kind to those serving you. There is a way to speak to people, but don't be rude and bully someone working. “The staff here is a great tram. The were very nice to my family. My son was treated with respect and kindness and not just as a little kid. We will be back to this subway. It's been a long time sense we have been in a good one and it was awesome.“

“I realize it's hard to give a fast-food place more than 4 stars but if one is mindful of simply keeping the ratings within the genre/class, this should be achievable... and fair to do so. We've been to this Subway a couple of times this year and, although the staff seems to change every six months, they are always reasonably cheerful and quick/accurate with orders. Today was no different. We had an online bogo (likely designed to encourage discovery of their app) and we ordered two footlongs ahead of time as we were en route about 10 min away. They were almost done when we arrived 12 min later... good timing. And they were made exactly as requested, despite several modifications to the default composition of each sub. Their new meatball sub with pepperoni (called the Beast, $11) elevated the usual with a nice spicy kick. There are lots of coupons floating around and it's the only way to go, since their sandwich prices have jumped about 20% in just the past year. Parking is free/easy in this smallish strip mall, shared with Supercuts and Papa Murphy's.“

“Food was excellent as always. It's a great healthy treat for myself when I have to eat on the go. Cookies were still fresh tasting even though it was 30min until closing. The sandwich artist was very friendly and personable. I left the shop thinking to myself I was gonna write a good review for this location cause they are doing a good job. Place was clean, food was fresh. I might be coming back more often based on this one experience. I had a footlong - sweet onion chicken teriyaki -Toasted, I added bacon turned it into a meal and purchased 3 extra cookies on top of my free cookie for adding bacon.“

“I've been at this location many many times and have never had what so ever a good customer service. I went there last night 4/5/13 to an employee named Garrick who was spectacular. He was a very up beat person! He kept the conversation going with pleasure. I went in there in a bad mood and this young man turned it around. I was fairly rude at first as Well kn the beginning thinking he was all the other people that worked there. I've never had this kind of service in my life before! (fast food wise) I would highly recommend going to this location and requesting for Garrick to make your meal. Outstanding this location finally hired someone who has customer service an respect!! “I had a pretty big oder and the one gal was great the other one just looked at me like I was on drugs and sure of a old fat guy with a beard. But she was very very polite and said welcome and goodbye then I guess that's all you can ask for she wasn't working on my sandwiches so that was okay and like I said she was just like the other one very very nice very sweet and it just she just didn't know how to take me and I get that a lot so it's no big deal.“

The staff treats regulars very well until the manager walks in to help, and then the regulars just become faces in the crowd, asking about upsell items that I haven’t wanted for the past three years that I’ve been coming here. “On your way home and forgot dinner? Not a problem if you like sub sandwiches. Some small problems occure at this location. Like the toaster oven being down or the register only accepting cash. “I have to say, as far as Subways go, this one is tops. The place is super clean. The bread is soft, we're talking fresh (unlike every other Subway I've been to) The Sandwiches are always delicious because of this, and the veggies are fresh too I might add. But the most important thing to mention was not the food surprisingly, it was the customer service. I have been here many times now, usually 5:00 in the evening on a weeknight, and the staff are incredibly polite and upbeat. More places should take a note from them. Young guys with a great attitude and willingness to do the best that they can to make a customer feel welcome comfortable within their restaurant. Many times I've run into employees that give the impression of inconvenience when adding veggies to your sandwich. These guys are sincere and clearly enjoy what they do and anyone paying attention is able to pick up on this quickly. Great job guys, you're appreciated!“

“I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Noah who was on shift at 8:30pm(while I was there) 7/1/23.He was extremely courteous, patient, and professional when taking orders and preparing food.My only complaint is that he was all ALONE. Is this Subway policy? To leave one (1) person by themselves to be overworked? I have nothing but praise for Noah but I was sad to see him struggle to make everyone happy(which he did!).I hope he is recognized for his hard work and I hope management/ownership recognizes the need for more help in their store(s).
