I Applied for them did the interview and the manager kept giving me the stink eye its like he was bias towards me & my weight he didnt even give me a chance to show him what type of things like packaging I could do DO NOT WORK FOR THEM the packaging area is hot and there are no coolers except for an industrail fan

the owner of the company is dishonorable and dishonest. i came into work for my check on 04/14/2022 the day it is due and my employer refused to give me my check. he said i would get my check when i was on the clock because i missed a few days that week. he usually holds the checks until 12am. i told him that i would quit if he was withholding my check and he replied with then you can get you check in two weeks. he withhold my check for two week because i quit after he refused to give my check to me. i received my check on 04/29/2022 and he shorted my pay by ten hours. i worked 42 hours in the week 04/03/2022 - 04/09/2022 but he only paid me for 31. he modified the dates for the pay week to 04/10/2022 - 04/16/2022. and he lower my pay to minimum wage. no one washes their hands and when dough is dropped on the floor they just pick it up and still use it. the owner undsr pays his employees and hires illegal aliens. i have a picture of every time stamp card because he is know to try and screw over his employees. not to mention he is avoiding my calls because he is a coward as well.

I used to work here back in 2016. Owner Tom and manager Tim Barton (yes, the same Tim Barton that gave 5 stars on this Review section) appeared to be genuinely nice people; didn't last long to discover that wasn't the case. The two males and two females working in the front were two-faced.I am writing this review now because I recently filed for unemployment because of the pandemic affected me as I'm sure it has affected everyone else. So, they told me I had an issue from back in 2016. I told them that I never filed unemployment back in 2016, as I was able to get a much better job than the job at this bakery. They told me that Sunrise Baking Co sent papers to them telling them that I voluntary quit when that was NOT the case; I was fired due to me speaking my mind on how messed up they did their workers (lowest pay possible, that's why they love hiring Mexicans with work permits and such; breaks were almost nonexistent; way too much work for minimum wage, the place is very unsanitary and crawling with mice and cockroaches; showing off his wealth to his employees that are barely making ends meet with such low pay) So they fired me and thought I was going to file unemployment so they decided to "make the first move" and lie about it, on top of that. I find that very petty and ridiculous, I couldn't stop laughing when I heard this. 5 years later, though I knew how they were, really shows Tom and his company how petty they really are; that's why I am leaving this review, hope you see it, Tom, on how petty you truly are.

I was displeased with their products ordered for an event. The bread was tough and the crust was as tough as shoe leather. Terrible quality and there are better bread places in town.
Trump and Pence supporters. Absolutely not. Giving them your money is supporting a fascist. Yes, this is political, but you know what so is their choice to display that sticker. What a shame, wanted to try this place.

We have been wanting to try this bakery but pulled up and saw the tRump/pence sign. Couldn't bring ourselves to try it. If you can taste the love baked into something, then you most certainly can taste the hate. There are many other bakery's in Tucson that don't showcase their hate.

I'm addicted to their banana nut muffins at coffee exchange,but I'd kinda like to buy in bulk from Sun-Rise. Coffee exchange can be over priced when you order in bulk from them $17 for 6 muffins! Does Sun-Rise sell to the public yet!?!
