This place was renovated and is a complete up grade. Food is well taco bell. Service, they have a new kiosk, which I think is to cut down on labor hours but adds confusion as to how to use it. An older lady and her husband stood there waiting for some assistance. I ate and prepared to depart NO ONE HELPED them. there's no one at the counter. And why do they need my email address and other information?

I ordered Combo 3 hard taco no sour cream the shells stuck to the wrapper and the tacos fell apart it was a mess I enjoyed Taco Bell at other places and I was still very hungry where I ended up spending 14 something for a hamburger combo elsewhere and those menu machines Are very dirty and not cleaned regularly Disappointed an

This has happened multiple times that they served the wrong order. I am a vegetarian and make sure i order clear vegetarian menu because they make mistake when you swap beef to bean or anything else knowing that they did it once to me. But they are so careless that even after telling them “please make sure everything is vegetarian and double check” , they serve the wrong thing.Today again they packed beef burrito when I ordered in black bean grilled cheese. Horrible service. Taco Bell on W valencia 1620 has horrible service. They think they can serve anything to anyone.

Didn't put the cravings boxes in boxes. Everything was just thrown in the bag. They confused when asked them to put in boxes like they were supposed to be in. Wrappers not secure. The crunchwrap from the veggie box had meat in it. Had made extra drinks and gave to us and then took them back. Got sick after eating.

Lots of confusion with orders. Took a long time to get our food. They called my husbands name for our order and another man went up and got it. Finally got them to understand we were still waiting on our $30 order and eventually got our food.
