Rude drive thru window attendant. When I requested a lot of HOt sauce she passive aggressively game me over 50 packets of everything BUT the hot sauce I requested. Absolutely horrible customer service and food waste.

I stopped by the nearest Taco Bell to my work around 10:30 PM. I had worked six hour shift was hungry and tired so out of all the locations I decided to eat at Taco Bell. There was no customers in front of me so my food order was ready in less than two minutes. I was shocked, but excited at the same time thinking sure if I check my bag before leaving and my food was cold. I was also missing one item that was four dollars, I turned around and went back to the drive-through to discuss about my food item. Miss you but I decided to just go home. You know you think if you decide to work in a customer service bill you would just do that doesn’t matter if you work a four hour shift eight hour or 12 hour six hour shift Taco Bell employees should receive customer service retraining I would no longer be supporting this Taco Bell

I have had many issues with my orders. I typically do take out and everytime I have to check my order because there is something missing. The amount the put in the Tortillas or taco shells is usually minimal. The staff is rude when I mention to them that something is missing or there is a wrong item. I get sides of red sauce and the cups are only filled a quarter of the way. This is by far the worst location but unfortunately it is the closest to my home.

We should start by saying we have always had our order right. We visit this restaurant about once a month and employees always get our order right. However, we ordered three bell breakfast boxes and only got one of the right boxes. After going back and telling them the situation the employees were extremely nice and apologetic while helping us receive what we originally ordered. They seemed so sincere that we felt compelled to write a review telling our experience. Taco Bell employees rock!!

Adrian needs to step down the owners your losing money and customers and workers some people lose there job because of people doing the wrong thing like stealing money or not being fair or they mess up everyone food maybe people need to hear about you like marana and cortaro don't wash there hands they need to shut down they made me stand out of my car when I went to drive thru when I'm hurting thank lazy taco bell people

We've had some bad experiences at taco bell over the last couple of years but this one in particular was a lovely experience. Our order was correct (even with all our modifications) and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this specific location.

Asked 3 times while ordering to make it a large drink. Gives me a medium, ask "Is that a large" bro says yes. I go to get a drink and see larger lids, so obviously this isn't a large, go back and say, is this the large? He says, I will have to recharge you for a large. My guy, THAT IS WHAT I WANTED. Food is just fast food, food, so it's alright.
