I don’t ever do reviews but I wanted to give a shoutout to the manager on shift (sept 2nd @4:50) I wanted a CUSTOM cravings box which is only available online and on the app.. the app kept taking the money but the order wouldn’t go through, then it would cancel the payment… the gentleman helped me in store and allowed me to get the box even thought it’s NOT available in store… he was so nice and sweet and was so helpful

Ordered inside order the box bundle the potatoes were soggy on all of my tacos and only have 5 to 4 potatoes per burritos so I ask them to remake it and seen the manager name Jesus take the taco and stuff more potatoes in a then I ask for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone there were 3 mangers on duty too!

Most of the employees at this location should recognize me as a regular customer on Fridays. I came in on Friday, April 7 and badly needed the restroom code. The employee clearly saw who I was and told me to get in line and purchase food first. Management needs to make an adjustment to their policy for obvious regular customers and allow SOME discretion. The strictness of this policy is unexceptable.
