“The location is exceptionally clean when I've gone inside and orders have been accurate. The one time the food provided deviated from my order the staff promptly remade the item. I order on the app as it usually has better deals than the menu inside and the items available on their rewards program are worth it.“

“It's Fast Food people! I don't know about an atmosphere rating as most of the time the food is ordered from my vehicle. But I can tell you that service is relatively fast if not at peak times and the food is good as it is made with simple ingredients. You basically can't go wrong serving Mexican food! When I am out and about and hungry, Taco Bell is probably the safest place to eat!!“

I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito but they forgot the chicken which wasn’t going to do since I needed additional protein for a post-workout meal.I went back and let them know about the error and they were very accommodating and made me a new one as well as throwing in a coupon for a free taco for my next purchase. They re-made it perfectly with no cheese, no extra sauce or sour cream just as I usually order it. The young woman at the drive-through with the glasses was very friendly, accepting of the mistake and professional. It was a very simple but correctable mistake which is totally understandable. That is the kind of service that deserves praise!“

“We should start by saying we have always had our order right. We visit this restaurant about once a month and employees always get our order right. However, we ordered three bell breakfast boxes and only got one of the right boxes. After going back and telling them the situation the employees were extremely nice and apologetic while helping us receive what we originally ordered. They seemed so sincere that we felt compelled to write a review telling our experience. Taco Bell employees rock!!“

“So it's been forever since I've been to any Taco Bell and this location was pretty good. Not too big a fan of the kiosks in the lobby like McDonald's has but don't like McDonald's. They do have somebody behind the register to help you if you have any trouble. The employees were really nice and professional. Restaurant was really clean compared to most places that I've been to lately. They also have this cool new napkin dispensing machine which dispenses the perfect amount napkins that most people would grab without being greedy .“
“Aside from all the fast food places doing this self serve kiosks. The staff is still very nice, helpful and above all clean. Watching my food being made, I see everyone on the line change gloves multiple times. The couple times they have messed my order up, they quickly fixed it, with no question other than what they can do to make it right.The only recommendation i can make to the GM here is..... Are you able to bring back the coin game we grew up with? The one that lets you win some free food and the money goes to charity. Everyone over 30 reading this knows exactly what water/coin game I'm talking about. If you don't then you missed out on some great childhood memories. Landing a quarter on the smallest plate gets you a bean burro or beef chalupa. Could only win once a day per store.“
“Although I don't get to this Taco Bell very often, I was in the area, know the menu selections and it was near lunchtime. I ordered using one of the terminals, the process was straightforward. The three people working behind the counter were working at a constant pace, building and delivering the orders to the counter and drive-thru with a steady pace, no wasted motions. The one employee I did interact with was courteous and thanked me when delivering my order.I am not a foodie or connoisseur. I have been a customer of Taco Bell for decades, probably since the mid-sixties.“
“I really wanted the NEW dragonfruit freeze thing and they didn't have the machine up and running for that flavor. I was given another option and told they'd credit me so next time I order I get a free one. So great customer service, which we never have an issue with at this location. The restaurant was clean, it was closer to closing time so I get it we ate inside and left 10 minutes before the dine in closed. They didn't rush us or anything so that is always nice, I have just been in the restaurant business before so yeah....... Really enjoy this location and eat there I'd say at least once a month if not more.“
